I sent a parcel to Spain using this broker and parcelforce as delivery company; any moment I could track it, it arrived sooner than I expected without any trouble. Its not as cheap as other companies but I think its worth it.

It was my first time using parcel monkey and they were so good Brady to use and compare and my parcel was collected and delivered in less than the time specified. Really pleased and I would use them again.

I was rather concerned for several days, as my package was missing and not traceable by either the Parcel Monkey site, nor the shipping company tracking site. It took three full working days to get an idea of where the parcel had gone.

Cheap and the eventually arrived BUT if there is a problem the courier company don’t want to know as you booked through a third party in my case it was Parcelforce they couldn’t care less that my next day delivery was three days late and parcelmonkey can’t help so use with caution as you will not get the same service as booking direct.

Booking my parcel, paying and delivering to our local post office, was easy. I tracked my box and it very quickly arrived in Athens. It has now been in Athens for 4 days, and hasnt moved from there yet.

When everything goes well...delivery on time no damage...then Parcelmonkey is excellent value for money. However any claim is subjected to wriggle & dispute. All claims are completed by e mail therefore there is no speech contact with an actual person...and if you have not packed to the letter of the guidance notes say for example by Parcelforce the claim will be disputed and it will take a lot of correspondence and photographic proof before a claim is settled.
This hasnt stopped me using them but its been a close thing.

I use Parcel Monkey a few times a month and it works well with ParcelForce.
However, what stops me using it more frequently is the lack of lines on the booking page for delivery addresses. There are only 5 blank lines for the delivery address. Also you cannot use commas or any kind of separator (, - /) which is sometimes a problem and the number of characters per line is limited to 23.
This means that if I have a delivery address that requires 5 or more lines, I use another courier.

Very good service collecting parcel and would give 5 stars, but at the end of the journey, I thought that the parcel would be delivered to my daughter at her address, but the company that collected her parcel took it straight to their depot in Aldinga. She had no contact from them to say when it was to be delivered. so she had to make a 40 minute journey to collect and the same to come home, this is the second time this has happened. Just very inconvenient for her.

Absolute shower of s**t my parcel (number PM6617428) has been lost since september last year and all these thieves have done is refund my £18.54 shipping costs! They have lost a £264 item and have just stopped answering my request for compensation, obviously hoping i will just forget it! DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL YOU THEY INSURE UP TO £250! THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WHEN THEY LOSE YOUR ITEMS.
