Parcel Monkey made the whole process of sending six packages each 15kg easy. All labels were emailed and the tracking accurate. The chosen courier, DHL, were also very efficient.

Often cheapest BUT MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF WEIGHT AND SIZE AS THEY MIGHT CHARGE YOU BASED ON LIES.

I used this company when I moved back to the UK from USA. Prices looked great, they picked up on time and delivered on time. So I thought all was great. Then came all the pain! My Mother (70yrs old) signed for the parcels and was made to pay import fees! Even though I had paid for the delivery in full! The for months after they kept trying to add charges saying I had given the wrong weight and sizes.. The parcels had sized PRINTED on them when bought so that was hard to get wrong. Weight... I weighed them three times to ensure I had correct weight, but the insisted I was wrong by 30kg on one! Really!! Took me over 4 months to try and sort out this mess and I still ended up losing some of the charges by UK customs excise as they said they dont refund certain charges. All in all, they looked good and seemed good at the beginning... If you use them. DOCUMENT AND PHOTOGRAPH EVERYTHING! I will NEVER use them again.. buyer beware!

Really bad service. I paid for 2-3 days delivery, and the parcel arrived after 1 week. The woman from chat online service said that there was "no answer at the door, thats why they couldnt make the delivery". Seriously? They were expecting the driver since I send the parcel, you cant tell me what you want, as I paid a lot of money to be delivered as quick as possible and safe, thats why I ask your service for. I will never use your service, as a really bad service

Delivered to wrong address (with photo!). Would not return although driver spotted in the area. Impossible to speak to a human being. Finally obtained local depot number by phoning payments line - they answer very quickly - and held for 25 minutes with no answer. Come on, DPD, you can do better, or are you hamstrung by your French owners?

I had to send 10 parcels here in the UK and Parcel Monkeys website made it very easy to work out the price for a multiple order. I ordered on a Saturday morning and the order was collected by Parcel Force on the Monday morning, then delivered the following morning. An excellent service.

Paid extra for next day, they didn’t collect until the next day. This was completed at 8am so was not to late to be collected. Next day delivery does not mean 2 days later. Awful service.
