Very easy to use! Only problem I had was that I didnt have an email address for the recipient of my parcel so included my own. This wasnt a problem but being that my parcel was going to Germany and I dont speak German, I had to use a translator to understand what the email was saying to me. Thankfully it was positive news and not reporting any problems incurred but I think there should be an option to say that there is no recipient email address.

I booked parcel force services under parcel monkey and my parcel was damaged during transit. It was insured for upto £60 and I filled in all the paperwork and send picture of the damages. Parcel monkey have since refused to contact me about the outcome of this case and have ignored me on 3 occasions. Highly recommend you avoid parcel monkey because they wont help you when s@@t hits the fan.

Unhappy. Used Parcel Monkey twice before to send parcels to US (once Parcelforce, once DPD), and both times the parcels got delivered within the promised timelines. However. This time things went wrong, but I did not get the responses I was expecting. Sent a parcel to US with Parcelforce, 3-4 working days service. At the end of the 4th day when it was supposed to be in US, the parcel was still showing as in the Post Office. Contacted PM, for a week they kept on telling me they are trying to get information from Parcelforce. My customer no longer needed the product, so I refunded the whole thing (product + posting fees). Told PM not to bother, and that I just want a refund. Was asked for the receipts, and was kept on waiting for longer for "investigation". Then suddenly after 2 weeks I got told by PM that "the parcel is in transit". Told them it is too late and that I just want a refund. Someone told me I will get a "full refund", then a few days later another person told me that "we are unable to cancel this as parcel has been delivered". By this time was 3 weeks late. After emailing back, the refund was authorised - but only for the delivery fee, not for the product that I lost money on. At this point now I am just tired of it! Wont be using in the future.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Parcel Monkey. Couldnt believe that my massive and heavy 24KG parcel cost under £12 to send from Northern Ireland to Scotland! It was collected from my door bang on time and arrived in under 48 hours. I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again and would highly recommend this service to everyone as a first port of call.

ParcelForce 48 hr service, delivered a large fragile parcel in just over 24 hours. Parcelmonkey were nearly half the price of using parcelforce directly.

poor service. was told parcel was arriving so waited in all day and nothig arrived. then had a text at 1600 to say it was arriving at 14oo (go figure!) and then the next day it eventually arrived a day late. terrible communications and support and nothing but misinformation all the way. wont be using again!

Have used on a number of occasions. SWIFT and reliable. Only once did we suffer any damage and to be honest I should have known better than to send glass- however well wrapped!
Brilliant alternative to snail mail(dont use sm!), now my relatives in the USA get their pressies in a week or less not 6!

Parcel Monkey were ok, but using DHL through them was truly shocking. I paid for a 24hr service and had my parcel collection cancelled twice and finally picked up on the third attempt. First cancellation excuse was the drivers pad didnt tell him to collect from the designated safe place as I wouldnt be home, despite the factvtjis had been specified at the time of placing the order, and leaving clear instructions taped to both front and back door of my property. Second non collection excuse is the driver couldnt open my garden gate!! It wasnt locked, tied, glued or held closed by witchcraft. She even called me to ask how to open my gate (Its a basic latch arrangement) eventually gave up and told me another driver would collect later in the day. After waiting til 7pm, I called the help line who was actually extremely helpful and couldnt have tried more, but was told after speaking to the depot that the driver who was supposed to collect had gone home. Finally collected on the third attempt but not until 7pm that day, despite having failed to collect previously and stressing Id paid extra for a 24hr delivery service for a reason. Embarassing for me as the parcel recipient needed this package by Friday latest and was eventually recieved PM of the following Monday. Parcel Monkey: not too bad DHL: shocking! Urgent deliveries will be going with Parcel Force next time. Expensive but they get the job done first time.

Easy to use, lots of advice about measuring and weighing and simple to print off labels. My parcel had a huge journey but arrived exactly when they said - plenty of emails told us which staging post it was at. Suitcase arrived fully intact and safely. Thank you Parcel Monkey!
