Easy to arrange for a specialist item, fridge, to be collected, especially when other carriers weren’t clear whether they would take it on their individual site. Highly recommend, easy quick proceed would use again without hesitation

parcel picked up on right day but delivered a day late. shame as i had it on parcelforce 24. still waiting for helpline to get back to me as they couldnt find out where the parcel was. that was 3 days ago. its been delivered now, maybe i should email helpline and let them know

Don’t be misled by the ‘reviewer contacted’ comment after a complaint. They email to ask for your tracking number and continue to ignore you whilst misleading consumers they are making an effort to rectify the issue. How can you lose a tracked parcel and ignore customers when they enquire as to it’s wherabouts. Parcel monkey are either stealing consignments themselves or are sending them to unreputable ad hoc couriers who steal them. How else can you lose so many tracked consignments with an audit trail. Absolutely amazing service. my parcel was picked up on Friday afternoon and was delivered to my granddaughter in Ontario Canada on Wednesday morning. Cant beat that for service

i have sending a parcel to my family and it have been returning to from monkey parcel,also i have already made a payment to sending it back to me,i have received an email said it with be delivery on 28/01/19 still waiting and yesterday i have request it again and said will send it today 31/01/19 at 11am, have contact DPD to find out where is my parcel, they said they didnt received any order from the sender, could iknow why please, thank you

I have been in touch with this company for more than a week to find info about a parcel which I have sent with them more than 3 weeks ago. No update on their system, no way to get hold of a manager, nothing. The customer assistance team have been useless on giving me any information. They answer was all the time "we will update the info". However no change. I have started an insurance claim for lost parcel. Disgraceful!

Awful service. Courier didn’t show up, phone help line didn’t work, Tracking code didn’t work, ended up speaking with a chat bot. Untrustworthy company

Super delivery service! Best price for shipping to the USA and provided all paperwork needed.
Only took 4 days to deliver my parcel.

To be fair the Parcel Monkey rating would be 10. The Royal Mail 48 hr service was rubbish. Posted Wednesday Pm. 2 parcels, no 1 turned up Saturday lunchtime, Parcel no 2 turned up Tuesday afternoon. 48 hr ????????????????????
