A very smooth operation from parcel collection to delivery within the time promised and all for a reasonable price.

Parcelmonkey offer DHL as an option. I sent a parcel by next day delivery yet they managed to ‘lose’ it between 00.00 and 08.40. I am now hanging around waiting for them to ‘look’ for it, which could take up to 21 days! Meanwhile my customer is waiting, so I have to make his order again because he needs it for his line of work. Be warned, don’t send anything important or valuable with DHL! On the same day I had booked through Parcelmonkey a parcel to be collected by DPD to go to the USA. That was delivered promptly and without issue, hence the 3 stars. Come on Parcelmonkey, ditch DHL until they get their act together!

Very bad service they sent it with dpd.I got told they will delivery it to the sender but in the end they dropped me an email asking me to send someone to collect it. Ive sent it to my auntie she lives on her own and she is is old 75y old.when I asked for help no one wanted to help me.

I sent a parcel to Bangladesh in August 2018. There was some issue in customs and I asked my parcel back. In October I was asked to wait for confirmation. Now its Feb 2019. Every time I contact parcel monkey they tell me they are chasing the courier service and will let me know whenever there is an update. I have not heard back from them a single time. Is this acceptable ? The parcel is worth 200 pounds and I have even protected the value with extra cost.

TV was broken upon delivery. Provided details of a claim and they rejected it saying the packaging wasnt acceptable, despite it being packed in the same packaging as it came from the manufacturer/reseller!

Having paid for my parcel to be delivered overseas, I was surprised a week later to be charged an additional £11 due to me submitting incorrect parcel weight / dimensions. Absolutely certain that I was correct, I fought my case and luckily had proof that I was right. Eventually I had the money refunded but no apology. In fairness, the incorrect charge was the result of Parcelforces error, not Parcelmonkey themselves, but it was very obvious that it was a mistake (PF were arguing that they measured the length as twice the width, but the image that Parcelforce took of the parcel as it passed through their system showed it was clearly a square parcel!). I still had to wait a couple of weeks while Parcelforce investigated, and also had to go to the trouble of asking the recipient to photograph the parcel alongside a tape measure. Utterly ridiculous and makes me wonder how many other people get served these extra charges!

If your parcel gets delivered then great. If it doesnt, then expect NO help from parcel monkey. All you get is we are chasing with the courier, and youll be ignored for a few days. Then you have to remind them and you get yes we are still chasing. This is not the only shipment I have had issues with. I now have zero trust in parcel monkey and will never ever use them again to send a parcel.

Youve redeemed yourself! Last time I ordered a Parcelforce courier via Parcel Monkey, the courier didnt turn up. However, this time all went to plan and the service worked perfectly.

Went like a dream. Needed a courier for E Bay purchase. I did not want to bother the Distant seller with having to print a label so chose Parcel Force who s driver provides a label. Their direct quote was around £60. Booked them through Parcel Monkey and got it for about £11.
Next day pick up and next day delivery. No problem whatsoever. Did not use other couriers as their customer service is almost non existence. Parcel Force answered the phone quickly and were very helpful.

Absolutely shocking service. Delayed delivery of the item by 11 days, it arrived damaged, then had to fight for a refund and compensation of the item value. They kept asking me for evidence which I had already issued and took 5 days to reply to all correspondence via email!

Used ParcelMonkey a few times to send large parcels to family in Italy. Very reasonably priced, excellent communication and parcel has always arrived within the specified time. 3 - 5 working days from the UK to Italy. The only one problem (i’d Put the address wrong) was sorted easily.

Our package was delivered on time so from that point of view no complaints. They were also the cheapest option I could find. May be worth trying to establish if you will be charged duty/tax for importing goods. Whilst this is not something in parcel monkeys control I felt they could have called this out more. We were charged £120 tax on top of postage to receive the parcel. (2 suits) Although they offer “live chat” I would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone however I was unable to find a number to reach them.

Easy site to use. Very prompt attention. Label is emailed, print it off, and parcel is ready to be collected. Your txt a time for pick up, and they stick to it. Then you get a email to say its been delivered. Great.

Parcel I sent went missing for nearly a week then eventually ended up back at my address with no explanation! No tracking was provided throughout, I kept having to chase them and they kept fobbing me off until I said I was going to make a claim. Absolutely terrible service, poor communication, a complete waste of time and no refund so a waste of £64!

I’ve choosen to pay the Parcelforce 48hours service, booked it on a Friday but ended up receiving parcel the following Friday. Lack of communication. I had to cancel my hospital appointment just to wait for them. They don’t give you timeframe when they are coming. Not going to use their service again.

No problems . However , would have preferred a time slot . Not everyone is able to stay st home all day waiting for collection. Large heavy item therefore only had option of collection .
