DO NOT USE!...customer service is shocking, I paid extra for insurance and was told I wasnt covered, totally disgusting customer service, they do not care about their customers one bit, AVOID at all costs. This is the first claim I have ever made and they just fob you off I have spend hundreds of pounds using this company and they dont care...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutly shocking payed 216 + vat for delivery 3 to 5 day air express 18 dec picked up still not deliverd or rtnd i urge you not to use parcel monkey as you will not get the service you pay for as thwre just middle men for main couriers go direct to Courier dx ups fed ex as you will get a better service ruined my famillies christmas my son had no presents christmas day as a parent it broke me dont go through this like i did stay away from parcell monkey god is my witness he can take my life if i lie stay away from parcell monkey

Sent parcel to northern France. UK leg of the journey great - collection when DPD said, into Europe by next morning. French leg slower and they wont deliver on weekends - inconvenient for the recipient who works during the week.

I always leave a note for the one that delivers my boxes to my grandchildren stating not to leave any parcels with the neighbours but this has happened twice now and I’m not impressed

Excellent service and would recommend over land. We have used various companies in the past to send our goods by air. This time we chose to send over land as it was a little cheaper. Our box arrived today in tact and earlier than expected. In fact it took less days than delivery we have had by air.

Really quick and easy to use, parcel collected on the Friday by parcel force in Lanarkshire and arrived in Canada on the Tuesday Am. Roughly the same cost as sending the parcel by royal mail but a fraction of the delivery time.

Parcel Monkey took £48 by credit card for my 3.7Kg parcel to NZ. 10 days later they took a further £30 from my card with no authorisation, saying that Parcel Force had measured it and were charging PM for a 10.8Kg parcel. To resolve my case PM demanded photographic proof that my measurements were correct. Anyone using Parcel Monkey must take photos proving their parcels weight and measurements, if you dont PM may take extra money and leave you dealing with their polite but totally ineffective customer service.I have spent many hours fighting to get my £30 back from them. I cannot recommend them, in fact I find it difficult to trust them at all.

Do not use, for delivery they have sent a wrong address lable the i have to pay for return three time more than delivery charge. No customer service number, no email. Uk business with Chinese buisness ethics

Excellent service! 25kg parcel was collected in London and delivered in Brussels on time and courteously, all for a very reasonable price. Delivery driver carried the box right into the house for us.

Parcel arrived day late, had to contact customer support when it should of been delivered. They asked me what was the contents and how was it packed. And we’lol update you where it is. Never had a reply. Parcel arrived, now it was sent in a wooden box well packed out internally and arrived in just shrink wrap.

Service and price i can not fault. Do find it annoying that once logged into your account you still have to enter your details over again. Unless im missing something on the web page.

Good service but when I booked and paid on their website they said I would receive an email. Which I never received. I thought the email would have a time slot! When trying to contact them I discovered there was no contact number, and when I tried to do the live chat, my question “What time will my parcel be collect” the answer was between 8am and 6pm! Which is a pretty big time slot. Luckily the driver came to pick up the parcel 2min before I had to pick up my kids from school other wise I would of missed it. There should really be a 2/3h time slot

still waiting for parcel to arrive.not collect on day person waited in then found card nothing wrong with bell So far parcel has not even reached the hub in 5 days a tortoise would be quicker and now you cannot even track your parcel as your site is down and parcelforce do not recognise parcel number
