I had to contact them again to get the label emailed to me but once that was done everything went well. I handed the parcel in at Currys in Torquay on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered in Germany on Saturday morning. I will use them again.

2 days to get two quite heavy boxes from Yorkshire to France using Parcelforce drop off at PO. Excellent tracking and brilliant updates from French driver. Second time Ive used Parcel Monkey to get stuff to France and now wouldnt use anyone else.

It was a total disappointment doing business with parcel monkey. I booked a DPD Pickup Classic service on 17/01/19 from parcel monkey, which promised delivery within 3-6 days. After sending the parcel I used to track it every day. When i saw on DPD website the proposed delivery is on 29/01/19 I contacted parcel monkey and they couldn’t give me a proper reply. I contacted them many times after that they couldn’t give an answer for why the parcel is being late. I have send this parcel for a special occasion and I missed it. The parcel reached only on 29/01/19 so, I asked for compensation. They said as per their records the parcel was only 2 days late and they couldn’t give any compensation. Any one who knows to count can easily understand that it’s not just 2 days late.

Having listed to items on an internet auction site I was only able to generate one postage label.
Turned to Parcel. Monkey as Ive used them in the past and one again top rate service.
I was able to get next day delivery with Royal Mail for the price the auction site was quoting for 3-4 day delivery.
Absolutely brilliant service once again.????
