Very good, very quickly

Purchase process was pretty straight forward. Parcel was collected by Parcel Force on Monday. Processed in UK and then sent on its way to USA (2-3 day service). End up being a 4 day service into the USA. Couldnt track the shipment using Parcel Monkey. Had to contact customer service via chat who simply provided a POD for the collection part of the service and was unable to provide DHL tracking details for 24 hours. Chat service was pretty unhelpful. Package arrived with some damage.

Driver picked up the parcel. It’s got fragile written all over it. It’s got this way up written all over it. Yet he turned it on its side, and before it reached the van he dropped it on the floor. Wouldn’t be so bad if it was a basketball. But it was a £13,000 record player Lord only knows what damage is done to it. It was going back to the factory for a service. It probably needs major surgery now thanks to Courier It’s not parcel monkey fault. But perhaps they shouldn’t send monkeys to do the job?

Collection date was wrong twice, but customer service rectified that twice. I paid for a DPD delivery service door-to-door, seems when it entered Sweden it was handed over to the local country delivery service, which didnt drop off to my door - having me go to collect a large heavy box by foot in the snow and ice. Overall it was fine, but for the price I paid, I expected more than a 3-star service. You may as well use the post office.

over charged us. Our parcel had correct size and we weighed it at 25kgs. They sent an email 2 weeks after saying the volumetric weight was different and it was 34.99kgs so charged us more. No way was it that weight but it seems they can dib into your account and take more money without any proof whatsoever. We have photos of the parcel before it was sent and when it was received. Will never use them again.Nice way to earn extra money if you did that to a 1000 customers every week....................

Overcharged us, we sent a parcel that weighed 5kg and after youd send it they then charged us a surcharge claiming the parcel was 30kg. We wont be using the service again.

My parcel went to London rather than Suffolk and I still dont have it, its over a week now. The driver was supposed to deliver today and when I tracked the item, it said, couldnt find the address!!! I get deliveries all the time with no problems. This is unacceptable I should have had my item ages ago. Very bad service , so angry with it all

Sent a parcel to my son in Dubai 16th November 33emails up to today & no parcel delivered 2weeks ago e mail came & said it was in Southampton & if I pay around £13 it would be sent back to me still no parcel !! I have had a constant battle to get any answers to my questions usually sorry for the inconvenience the parcel was to my sons place of work for ease HSBC bank in Dubai via parcel monkey I find out it is with a different carrier who cannot deliver it they want a different address so we give them an alternative they want phone numbers we do &so on. I asked in desperation for the carrier name & a phone number so I can sort it out myself as they cannot or do not want to I get the standard reply of sorry for the inconvenience obviously a computer response there is no phone number to talk to parcel monkey. after 33emails &spending between £60-£70 over 3months of not getting anywhere I give up the worst company I have ever come across

As a small business owner I want good service and decent prices. Well, Parcel Monkey gives me both of those. The website is quick and easy to navigate, the couriers arrive when they say they will, and everything is nice and simple. Cant ask for more.

Easy to use, straightforward, efficient and effective. Only downside is you don’t get a window for when your parcel will be picked up if you book a home pick up. Would definitely recommend though!!! Super friendly courier.
