I shipped a box from US to Japan on 1/7/2019 using Parcel Monkey. The promised delivery date was 4 to 14 days. Its 2/3/2019 now. My box is not delivered and they cant locate the box. I have been messaging them everyday. No Resolution!! I need my box to be delivered or reimburse me the Insurance Value and my Shipping Cost. Worst Experience!! Never had this problem with any other company in my 35 yr shipping experience!!

I do not use this service that often; simply because I have limited reasons for doing so. However, since I became introduced to Parcel Monkey I have found their services to be excellent. The whole process from choosing the delivery company; weighing/sizing the parcel and arranging collection has been so easy and straightforward. And it works.

I would highly recommend Patcel Monkey. It was much cheaper that other companies online and at my local post office. Filling out the online information was very straight forward and being able to drop off at my local post office meant not having to wait at home for a pick up. Hassle free. I will definitely be using Parce Monkey again.

My parcel was not delivered first time as the receipient wasnt home so they gave me three options - a) destroy the package b) pick up from Southampton (I dont live anywhere near there) or c) return to me - but I had to pay £14 for this plus the original price to redeliver. Chat service was completely unhelpful. Do not use to send packages.

Very poor service - parcel sent via DPD to Pakistan on 24th January and still not arrived until now; 2nd February 2019. No contact number to call. Will not use parcel monkey ever again.

First experience of using Parcelmonkey - simple job - collect a parcel from one UK business address and deliver to another UK business address. Carrier was Parcelforce - good old British Mail so should have been simple. First collection failed - reason given ‘parcel not available ‘ - rubbish- it was and just wasn’t collected. Rescheduled for two days later and guess what - parcel not collected - reason given ‘customer not available ‘ - what??? Rescheduled yet again and - wow - it got collected! Great - er.... no actually it was forwarded to the wrong delivery depot - Milton Keynes when it should have been delivered to Redditch. So my parcel is still sitting in limbo somewhere between where it was collected and where it should be and has taken a week so far on what should have been a 24 hour delivery. Rubbish service and total apathy from Parcelmonkey.

Dreadful. I booked a 24 hour collection with Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey and after waiting in all day the driver didnt turn up, so no collection was made and no attempt was made by either party to contact me. After querying this with Parcel Monkeys customer services all I got were vacuous apologies with no explanation and no indication that anything would actually be done about it. The collection was re-scheduled for the following day and after wasting another day waiting in the same thing happened, again with no prior notice or explanation. In view of this unacceptably poor service I asked for a copy of Parcel Monkeys formal complaints procedure which unsurprisingly was not forthcoming. The collection eventually took place the day after - two days late - but I was still left without any sort of explanation for this shambolic performance, nor was I offered any sort of compensation. This is laughably bad service even by UK standards, and needless to say I wont be going anywhere near this outfit again no matter how competitive their prices. Stick with DPD, Courier, UPS etc.
