I had my original shipment request rescheduled three times, Each time no courier arrived to collect and each time we waited in all day. That’s three days lost with no message or call to advise the collection wasn’t happening. I have now missed a deadline for my shipment which has cost me £120 in penalties. Customer service (or disservice) is shocking.

Normally have no trouble with Parcelmonkey. However after 10 days on this lates order, parcels still not delivered. I know it is done by Parcelforce, but you are the face of the order. I will still use parcelmonkey, unless these things were to continue.

The driver went to the wrong address.i saw him pass.phoned DPD they said contact you. After 30 min on the phone you said had to arrange another collection,even though I said we were going into hospital. Asked if we could take it to local depot told no. So I contacted DPD again ,a very helpful person said take it to local depot 16 miles away ,which we did and it went ok. First problem I have had . But no help from you at all
