Please dont use this service. I had send a package via DPD through ParcelMonkey. The package never arrived as it aparently was damaged. I was never notified about this and not until the receiver was asking about the package we noticed it was stuck with DPD. For several weeks now ParcelMonkey has been unable to explain to me, (1) why I was not notified about the package being damaged. (2) Where the package currently is (3) Send the package and content to the receiver for damage inspection. The customer service is really bad. Wetaher the error is on DPD, Parcel Monkey should handle this and inform me abaout what is going on. I will never use DPD or Parcel Monkey again!

Parcel wasnt collected, the customer where it was supposed to be collected from didnt hear from the courier even when both phone numbers were given for both ends. Seems to be no checking up if things are collected by Parcel Monkey themselves and no attempt to be contacted from Parcelforce when collection was missed.

Its my go to place to get goods collected and delivered over Europe. Cheaper for small parcels than our usual carrier and trackable and the website is easy to use.

Can’t believe I find myself with enough time to rate a postal service! Yeah, I know, need to get out more. What can I say? My parcel made it from a to b (UK to Switzerland) in time for receiver’s birthday. I guess the Monkey delivered everything it says on the tin, at a competitive price. Not so sure about the name, I nearly didn’t go with them. I mean, “Parcel Monkey”, it hardly engenders confidence heh? Anyways, very happy to recommend.

Twice now over the past month I have booked a parcel to be picked up with dpd, both times no one has turned up to collect the parcel. Very unimpressed and will be demanding a refund and taking my business elsewhere. When I contacted customer services i was told that they would investigate and I never heard anything back twice. I also contacted customer services on the morning of the second collection day to confirm they were defiantly coming and I was told they were but nope! Rubbish

Great service from ParcelMonkey as always easy to use fast reply. Only issue is DPD taking far too long to ship out of UK for a 3 day service it’s often nearer a week as parcels sit in depot for 24/48hrs before going to delivery country sent a parcel Wednesday last week it only arrived today in France! This really needs looked into as an item from someone else to same address in France sent Thursday by dpd directly was delivered Saturday so why take so long for slightly larger items!

was promised collection between 9 - 6. called for an update at 5pm, no update received. called for a second update at 5.30, was on hold for 20mins then decided to hang up. called at 6pm, was told might be too late maybe the next day now. driver arrived at 6.15. on the positive the parcel was delivered within the agreed 48hours.

This is the first time Ive used Parcel Monkey, it was recommend to me by a colleague. They are easy to use and so cost effective, I could not believe the prices, I have already recommend to others.

I booked a premium parcel collection from my home, recd confirmation and waited all day for nothing to happen. Trying to contact PM is difficult as it is email or IM only. The customer service advisor was most unhelpful and suggested rebooking for next day or if that wasnt any good I could always cancel the collection. Not willing to discuss or offer any solution/compensation for a poor service In future I will go back to walking to Post Office it might be a more reliable

I have used the service a couple of times (to send large and small parcels) from Scotland to the North of Italy and I have never been disappointed! The deliveries didnt take so long and they are quite cheap if you book in advance! I appreciate that we can print our labels although it might not be handy if you do not have a printer at home!

I booked the parcel 1 week ago and we missed the driver by 5 minutes. I called parcel force & requested them to arrange delivery for next day after 15:25 hrs. They took a note and since then, I havent heard anything and its so difficult to get hold of Parcel Monkey as there is no contact telephone number to talk to someone and resolve the issue.
