Every thing went well until the final delivery , the report quoted that they were unable to deliver and took it back to the depot.The recipient told me that he had to contact them for a next day delivery. Automated comments on the tracking do not give all reasons why this actually happened.

This is a cheap unprofessional company. Please be careful. I want to give this fraud company below 1 star but it is not possible. I have booked an international delivery of PS-4 console and paid 38.80 GBP. The item was collected and next day I received an email that the item has lithium batteries and it has been returned to Southhampton instead of Edinburgh and parcel monkey asked me if I need my item to be return it to me, I have to pay extra 20 GBP and they charged me extra 20 GBP to return it to me. Moreover, as per contract they are supposed to charge 50% of the carrier but when I asked to return 50% , they said contact our return dept separately. Above all, the attitude on online customer services assistant is worst I have ever had experienced.

Completely brilliant. Half the price of going to the post office. Picked up my parcel and as I live in the middle of nowhere, that is a bonus. The website is clear and so easy. My sister introduced me to parcel monkey and I love it

0 star!!!! I have to rate 1 star as theres no other option to say hoe TERRIBLE this service is! I booked & paid for my parcel to be picked, i then received an email to confirm it all. They went to collect the parcel 5 hours earlier then the agreed and confirmed time and of course no one was available! After trying to contact them in every single way possible on both sides, all unsuccessfully. Its now been over a week and no signs of anyone picking up the parcel and no reply to any of the emails... A complete 0 company to deal with.

Labels often emailed 12+ hours after ordering. Support / chat section of their site is USELESS. It’s actually riddled with bugs where you try to start a chat and it just keeps feeding you back into the support options in an endless loop. SORT IT.

My package was delivered with Parcel Monkey via Parcel Force and the customer received the packaged and contents very badly damaged despite fragile being shown on the packaging. Parcel Monkey from this point were no help whatsoever. I spent over two months emailing them to claim compensation to cover my loses only to be told after all this time they weren’t honouring the insurance pay out as the customer hadn’t provided any assistance. On contacting the customer, who was genuinely concerned and helpful, he assured me he had filled in the forms he had been asked to provide along with photo evidence of the damaged packaging and content. This leads me to believe Parcel Monkey we’re lying to me. Appalling delivery service, ridiculously bad customer service and I have no trust in this company whatsoever. They don’t deserve one star out of five for the time I’ve wasted trying to claim for their mistakes that they haven’t accepted responsibility for. Stay well away from them and pay a little more for peace of mind.

Continuation of issues - update As you can see from my two previous reviews, after submitting a letter of intent to Parcel Monkey requesting that this case is settled in 7 days otherwise small claims court proceedings would be issued, they finally opened a claim with a request for more information. This time round they wanted a signed letter (amongst other things) from the receiver stating they did not receive the package. You know, the package that has been scanned in the DPD network for over 30 days? Anyhow, the buyer was happy to send an email, so this was submitted, we shall see if they try to wangle out of it based on that not being a signed letter, even though in legal terms an email is perfectly acceptable as it acts as a digital signature. This was five days ago, after requesting an update, as usual, silence. They have until 3.36pm on Friday 8th November to settle this otherwise I will GLADLY hit send on Money Claim Online application, and then they will liable for all costs involved. I will definitely NOT retract the claim if they try to make payment after that, I want this to go to court for the exposure. Interestingly, the main CEO of the company goes by two surnames if you do a little sleuthing. Who needs two surnames? Its interesting to see their responses claiming they are a third party comparison site. This is highly incorrect, as they physically take the the purchase for the service, the payment is made to them, any insurance you take out is paid to them (and completely independent to the courier) therefore they are brokers, a broker site, not a comparison site. A true comparison site does not take payment for a service, it merely directs you to the company you have chosen to deal with (where they may get a tiny commission for doing so) Parcel Monkey takes the WHOLE purchase. Ill be reporting back regularly , tune in folks for the rollercoaster of loss recovery with Parcel Monkey!

I was additionally charged over a week after I have received the parcel. Apparently dimensions and weight I have provided wasnt accurate. Even though I have given them an even higher weight of the parcel than it actually was. Im very disappointed as they are ripping off the clients, at least thats what they did with me.

Tracking showed the parcel was delivered however this was not the case at all. The parcel was not received until the following day. We had a deadline to meet and failed due to this - rather disappointing.

Appalling service. I paid for a 3 day service and its now week 2 and the parcel cannot be tracked . No idea where it is and customer services cannot even understand what my query is. If I have paid for a 3 day service why is it scheduled to be delivered in 2.5 weeks? customer services seemed to believe it must be going through customs. I will not be using DPD or Parcel Monkey again. I have yet to know if my parcel can be located.

Absolutely incompetent! Booked in advance for NEXT DAY shipping via TUFFNELLS but goods were never collected, after pathetic apologies (but no explanation as to why / should have known better) I decided to give Parcel Monkey the benefit of the doubt and let them rebook my collection for the next available slot. Again no one bothered to pick up my parcel (I have since been informed by the courier TUFFNELLS that PARCLE MONKY never booked a slot for my goods to be collected). I was left with a very disappointed customer who requested a refund. Parcel monkey cost me valuable business. My goods are made to measure, I had to refund a specially made item because they failed to deliver for me. They cost my business money and I got negative feedback from my customer damaging my reputation. I cannot express how disgusting their service is. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic service, good value, fast parcel delivery, and will be returning as a regular customer. Great to compare prices to Ireland from UK and pick most suitable delivery options. First place for me in the market definitely no other competition comes near. Means I can actually send presents throughout the year, just remember to check on list of products what is allowed through customs well worth checking first in regards to all countries.
