Fantastic. First time I had used a Courier. The collection driver was friendly and helped explain things to me. The parcels arrived as indicated on the tracker and my family were thrilled. Will definitely use this service again .

Easy website to use, plus convenient giving options for collect or drop off. Good price too.

Excellent service as usual. Delivery was due Friday according to parcel monkey but because suer hadn’t sent me a txt I wasn’t expecting it till Monday. I received txt to say it would be delivered between 9&10 and it was.

I had not used Parcel Monkey before but encountered no problems and the parcel was delivered. I would have liked an email to say my parcel had been delivered but other than that the service was good.

Were very quick for picking up and delivering but am disappointed with their customer service as I have just received an email saying they are now taking additional £10 from me as the weight was more. Even though the box I sent the parcel in was the original from a company i received it from and it states the size and weight on the box so dont understand how they can say it weighs more. If you go with parcel monkey be prepared to pay extra 2 weeks later after parcel has been delivered
