Great value for money just hope it will be this straight forward after we leave the EU love the tracking system and now it looks like there not throwing the parcel around which is great and it seems its getting to the destination quicker. Just wish the customer service would be better if you need to contact them.

I have paid for the express 2-3 days delivery service. Today its been 12 days to be precise and my parcel still NOT been delivered. Its ridiculous that you guys are not serious in what you doing or promise. Seriously very Useless service. Ran out of words as Im very upset at the moment. The tracking still says that it will still take at least 36 hrs to be delivered. Pathetic

parcel was not delivered within claimed day and no trace of the parcel either, i inquired many times and got the same answer to be patience that they are looking into it til day. poor customer service even on their live chat, you wait for so long to get a reply. BIG REGRET STAY AWAY

Absolutely shocking customer service, have tried for months to try and get them to contact dpd to resolve an issue with why my parcel wasn’t delivered. Still awaiting my refund!

Once I mastered the website all went to plan- very large parcel collected next day and delivered in 48 hours - it was great to be able to track progress of delivery.

My parcels were delivered in 3 different days and I hadn’t been notified about this. I had to take 3 days off work to wait for them. Moreover, they arrived completely destroyed.

My parcel has not been delivered yet. I paid for a three day delivery,its now 8 days and DPD are telling me it will be delivered on Friday that is 10 days.Our contract was for a 3 day delivery. Very dissatisfied they were very much needed documents.
