Simple booking procedure, good price, quick delivery.

I sent a 20kg parcel from UK to Germany by road and was very pleased with Parcel Monkeys service. The package arrived earlier than expected and was still in good shape. All of my belongings were left intact.
I was kind of worried that most of the ratings here on Trustpilot were fake/given by the company itself but (at least for me) everything worked perfectly fine!

The drop off shop was open till 22.00, which was great help, I was able to track the parcel all the way, it was fast and great value for the money. I would recommend it.

Its easy enough to use as a service and flexible because you can drop the parcel off relatively fuss free at a location that suits you, however, the parcels NEVER get there on time, it is always delayed. You pay for 2 day shipping it takes about 5. (Not including weekends!) I still use the service for lack of another one sadly. When you bring this issue up to customer service they just tell you that its the delivery companys fault, you then get in touch with the delivery company and they tell you there is nothing they can do because you booked it via parcel monkey. Parcel monkey take no responsibility for this issue. Nothing is resolved. This is not a one off glitch it happens every time, whatever time of year (not just the holidays). Thankfully the tracking works, I can easily see that my latest parcel has been stuck in Belgium, with seemingly no rhyme or reason, for 5 days now - it works, sort of, but you need to bare it in mind that the service you pay for is actually misleading, give the parcel PLENTY of time and dont bother contacting customer services they are absolutely unhelpful in every possible way.

I’ve never used Parcel Monkey before and didn’t even know of it’s existence. I’ll definitely use again. I had a parcel to return to Poland (a pair of boots), and after looking at Hermes, Post Office and FedEx etc I was beginning to wonder what I was going to do. Then ParcelMonkey came up; it was simple and straightforward and I could send my parcel via DPD which was as simple as dropping my parcel off at the nearest Matalan. Easy!

Terrible service . Have to wait all day for collection . They added 10 kg more to the actual weight of my parcel and charge me extra. I would not have mind if it’s only 2kg more but 10kg is too excessive

Took over a week to get there. I could see that the parcel was being held in a location near its destination for a couple of days.I contacted parcel monkey who only offered to email the carrier (dpd). No response from parcel monkey so in the end I contacted dpd myself and arranged delivery.parcel monkey are very happy to take your money for a delivery but then when there’s a problem they are not very helpful Will do direct to courier in future

I use Parcel Monkey for sending parcels to the USA, Australia, Europe and the UK. I mustve sent about twenty different packages over a period of maybe two years. Dropped my parcel on Tuesday and was collected on Wednesday, it arrived at its destination yesterday (southern spain). The package said to of been in good condition,which was good to hear as Ive heard that sometime other peoples packages have been damaged. Would consider using this site again to send my parcels..keep up the good work!!

Brilliant service. Sent 4 boxes of Christmas presents to France. Booked online on Sunday evening, they were collected exactly on time the following day and were delivered to the South of France two days later. Couldnt ask for better service.
