I’m giving PM a 4/5, not because of anything bad. The delivery went seamlessly without issue.
But something to consider improving is putting in place an insurance of furniture, as this was not covered by the currier.

The service I had was rubbish the driver did not turn up on Friday had to wait till Monday my parcel still has not been delivered a week later really terrible service and would like a refund on my delivery

I never received a confirmation email from Courier giving me a valid shipping reference number, therefore was unable to track my parcel. The recipient then waited in all day for a parcel which never arrived and I spent all weekend worried it had gone astray. Not impressed.

Already wrote review to say parcel was late in arriving - should have taken three days to send parcel to Columbia - took two weeks. Then to be told the parcel weighed 16kg and I received an invoice stating I had an excess to pay stating that the parcel was over the weight I had indicated on the form. Such liars - this parcel, in a 15kg box, was nowhere near full and after being repeatedly weighed, was never over 10kg. Would now never use this company again, and would never recommend anyone to use them - this is actually theft on their behalf.

I run a small sales business on eBay. Prior to Parcel Monkey, I used ipostparcels.com, which was a subsidiary of UK Mail and subsequently DHL Parcel. However, I switched to Parcel Monkey due to their competitive pricing and greater range of delivery services to suit my budget of the day. Parcel Monkey offers a very good range of delivery services from well know carriers and when Ive had any issues in the past, they are prompt to respond and resolve the issue. I shall continue to use them as long as their pricing remains competitive and their service remains efficient!

With other couriers Ive had some very varied experiences but Parcel Monkey have so-far never let me down. I mainly use their DHL service and theyve delivered many of the items Ive sold both on-time and undamaged.

I always had very good experiences with Parcel Monkey. Very good fees and fast delivery. This time although I find my experience very confusing. I shipped my Christmas parcel to Spain on the 20th of December and I got a message saying that I should expect my parcel to be delivered to the destination on the 23rd (very fast, I was thinking) Meanwhile is the 26th and no sign of my parcel, but I got another email asking me to review the company about how good was their service. This confused me even more, as I seem to no get any info about what happened with my parcel. Is holidays time and it might be just because of this. But anyhow, hope I ll have my parcel delivered eventually.
