The whole process was extremely easy and competitive in price. Sent a parcel to Toronto, Canada dropping it off at my local post office on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered in Toronto in perfect condition the following Monday afternoon. Much faster than I expected. I would certainly use Parcel Monkey again.

Terrible customer service that generate the same response every time you contact them. Parcels are lost and you are just given the same response each time while being refused a refund. Use another courier instead-they actually book the parcels in and can track them the whole time plus you can speak to them on live chat where as Parcel Monkey have to constantly contact the courier which may take up to 48 hours then they cant be bothered to tell you the response and the process starts again! Dont waste your money on them.

Super efficient, booked on a Friday, they collected on Monday and the stuff was in Greece by Friday morning all intact, and no issues.

My parcel was never delivered, I tried emailing numerous times on the emails I received and received no response, I logged a query on the website where I was asked for the recipients ID, which I immediately obtained and sent only to be told sorry its to late your parcel will be returned to you. I now do not have my parcel, my children do not have their christmas gifts and Parcel Monkey dont seem to care.

Ive now used Parcel Monkey a number of times and will continue to do so. As ever, my parcel was collected and delivered overseas safely and on time. The price was very good. Whats not to like?!

The parcel hasn’t even reached its destination and no one has even been in touch to apologise. And it’s cost me £27! Now I won’t get that money back. Not will I get the money back from the returned goods. All in all, costing me around £60! Totally hideous situation. So upset with the whole process. Awful. So awful, especially when I barely have any money to s****e together in the first place. Will never be using this company ever again. Very upset.

All very good up to the delivery in Sweden. Even though the labels had my daughters phone number and email address, when she went to the collection point she was told she would have to wait for a letter before the parcel could be handed over. Gave five stars because delivery from here to Sweden in three days cant be faulted and other matter is probably beyond your control.

If things go wrong and the parcel is late, lost, not delivered etc this company are terrible They didnt respond to multiple reasonable requests or 3 recorded delivery letters from me. They simply would not engage at all and the mediator service for the industry also writes that "we have had no success with engagement with this company" when a problem occurs I had to take them to court to get a refund, compensation and my court fees back. They simply dont care and have a policy of ignoring the customer in the hope that you wont pursue them for failed service on relatively small amounts. Awful company - dont give them your business. And if you do, and it goes wrong, go straight to the courts online. Anything else is a waste of your time

Collected and delivered as per agreed. Very good in that respect. Price a little higher than I expected with hidden additions to initial price.
The next time I will shop around a little more - just to be sure that I have the best price.

Web site easy to negotiate, easy forms to print, excellent and timely pick up service. Delivered within three days to Spain, parcel in perfect condition (there was a glass framed picture inside which is as good as new). And all at a fabulous price. Have used Parcel Monkey before and will do so again.

Booked two packages. Gave dimensions and weight of packages, paid calculated amount. Then told by the driver the packages where to heavy to take! Still not received a refund either!

So the price seemed OK, and I liked the ability to compare and see the best value options through the website. Collection was fine, I had carefully weighed, wrapped and labelled the package (a DeLonghi coffee machine I was shipping to Australia as part of my emigrating there from the UK). I was subsequently hit with a further charge, apparently this was because the courier had used lasers to "volumetrically calculate" my parcels weight, and they billed me roughly a further 10% of what I had already paid. OK thats fine Ill pay what I owe to get my item over to the new house. After a while, my father-in-law signed for a small parcel with my name on it. On opening the parcel, there were some reflective lights inside. On closer inspection, the label with my details on had been affixed over a label for a gentleman in Victoria, Australia, 2250km away. The gentleman’s name was completely different to mine, his parcel much smaller and 11kg lighter than mine. I got in touch with Parcel Monkey and it was deeply frustrating to say the least. Each time I had to deal with a different person, several people seemed unable to understand the situation and I found myself re-explaing the problem over and over again via their online chat system. When I asked to deal with management, there seemed to be some reluctance by the member of staff I was dealing with to refer it on, but eventually I got through. Unfortunately, after several weeks and multiple investigations with the courier, I was told my parcel would be unrecoverable, and they would not provide any assitance in forwarding on the parcel I incorrectly received. They said as I had not purchased additional cover they would not do any more than provide a refund for the sending of the parcel in the first place. It just took up so much time and money and effort, particularly over the Christmas period, and in the end, Parcel Monkey just passed the buck on to the courier and washed their hands of the situation. If I could give anyone some advice, it would be spend 5min researching couriers, go direct, and that way there are clear lines of responsibility when things go wrong. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!!!!!

So glad I found this website. The parcel delivery company it identified was extremely efficient, and delivered my parcel to Europe quickly and with absolutely no problems, at a quarter of the price required at the Post Office! Very impressed, and will use for all future deliveries.
