Had to send a parcel to austrila where customs are very strict, parcel monkey found me the cheapest and instructions and forms i needed to fill in were very clear and helpful, parcel arrived in queensland after a week, very happy with the service and will be using again

Brilliant I have used the service before and have used Parcel Force to collect the parcels from my home and even at this busy time of the year they arrived on time to where they were going. The prices were well below what I had been quoted by my local Post Office.

Terrible service. After a first failed pick up Parcel Monkey then added additional fees stating the weight had gone over the limit as well as adding £40 handling fees once the package arrived at its destination (the declared value was £50!) I will never use this service again and I would advise you to book with your courrier service direct.

This is 5 stars for delivery of my parcel from UK to Slovakia! I wanted to get it delivered before christmas, so I was worried, I know how busy it must be. But there was no problem. Everything went absolutely smooth. I really recommend!! Great price, only 4 working days (not even that long, it has been delivered on fourth day). Thank you!!!
