Used them a couple of times now. Easy to use service and let’s you choose from multiple couriers depending which one suits you best. Never had a problem and will certainly use again as it’s without a doubt the cheapest way to courier most things.

Very poor service. The couriers they use do not leave the recipient a notification informing them of an attempted delivery. I do wonder whether they even tried to deliver when the first note on the tracker is "Addressee to collect from Depot" followed by "Delivery attempted - premises closed".

Good when they work. Useless when they dont. Parcels going missing for weeks. Hugely unhelpful customer service. Youre better off using their comparison tool to see who is cheapest and then going direct. You might have to pay a couple of pounds more but at least youll be dealing with the courier direct who hopefully gives a ****.
