Ive been using Parcel Monkey for a good while now and I have been always pleased with their services. Usually I use them for shipping things on the Continent rather than locally/nationally.
I use the drop-off parcel option and till now never had problems with them.
I have had situations where i needed to change a few details to my parcel and they were courteous and prompt in their reply and help.
When I cancelled an order I got my money back as per their statement.
I like them. And will carry on using them. Do recommend them.

As per usual, Parcel Monkey provided an excellent service.
I use to send parcels abroad but for the first time also sent a parcel inland. Same great service. They always collect and deliver on time and rates are excellent. Certainly much cheaper than the Post Office for the inland parcel.

Parcel Monkey was fine but only given 4 stars as they referred me to DPD who were useless. Tracking told me my parcel had left the UK for Hong Kong, its destination, 3 days later it confirmed it was at its UK depot where it currently remains. Useless.

Parcel not collected until 24 hours after it was booked, despite the website staing collection would be on the same day if booked within the next 15 minutes. Parcel was on a 24 hour next day service to Bahrain and is not not even trackable 4 days later. Disgusted in the service will never use parcel money or DPD again. Christmas presents for my grandchildren will now not be delivered intime!
