This is the second time of using Parcel Monkey and have been very happy with the service offered. A very important box of Christmas gifts sent to my son who lives abroad, the delivery went very smoothly and arrived within the time frame that I had been advised.
I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely marvellous service, I sent a parcel to Sweden right up to the artic circle which is remote, and yes there was no door bell but parcel was delivered to local supermarket and was picked up. It arrived in 3 days, unbelievable service would definitely use again, very reasonable cost too, far far cheaper than parcelforce which last year delivered the parcel after Christmas! 2 weeks late!

Web site very easy to use and would definitely use again. However I wouldnt take any notice of the estimated delivery date, my 2-3 days was actually 5-6!

Pick up was scheduled between 8am and 6pm, the devilery guy came to pick up my boxes at 4.30pm. I had booked 48 hours and and it was delivered on the third day very early in the morning. The delivery guys were very helpful. The whole procedure from pick-up to delivery was not very transparent, but it all went very well.

Worst delivery ever. I sent a box 13.5kg. And finally the road delivery company charge me for 43kg. That it was completely fraud. I sent the official fox dimensions photos of the boxed gift and still the company without any evidence believe the road company that didn’t have any scanned profs.. they can easy say that the box that I sent it weight 100kg and I had to pay with out any proof.. Completely disappointed this time with your service.

DPD was the carrier suggested Very easy to drop off at my local PC World Curry’s on Friday and arrived in France the following Tuesday. Can’t fault the service

Dropped my parcel off for collection by DPD on Tuesday 10 December In Chelmsford and it has arrived at its destination in Hong Kong Friday morning 13 December! What an awesome service. Very reasonable price too. Thank you so much.

DONTT EVER USE PARCEL MONKEY! They have the worst customer service, they have no contact number so if you have any problems you will spend endless hours using a chat facility and they will not help you. We arranged for a same day delivery to be picked up at 1.30pm for a journey that on the road should have taken about 1 hour. Citysprint picked up on time but then only attempted delivery at 7pm by which time the office building was closed. Parcel Monkey indicated that the parcel had been delivered and even provided an incorrect POD. 2 days later we are still trying to have the goods delivered and are only now being told that because it was on a normal van they could have had other deliveries and as no one was in at 7pm at a business address we now need to pay another £35 to have it redelivered!!!! Needless to say I will never use either company again!

I was supposed to have my parcel collected from my address. I wasted two days off from work waiting the courier. Two days consecutively no messages, no communication. With the weekend in the middle, it took another 3 days to be collected. Today I received a communication that I owe them 1.85£ because the parcel exceeded 5 kg!!! It was a mobile phone and the parcel weighted 590grams and not 5.9kg ad stated in the email. Since i wanted to be sure of the shipping, I declared and paid in exceed for 1kg. All I just said is stated in the account I used for the delivery. I am extremely disappointed and this will be an official complaint.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some negative reviews but I thought I would take a gamble because the savings were huge. I can honestly say that Parcel Monkey exceeded my expectations and I cannot fault them. So easy to use, great prices and service, I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Highly advise against using Parcel Monkey - used their services to book a collection with Parcel Force. Item collected on time but arrived yesterday, nine days later, after paying for an express 48 hour service. Parcel Monkey only contact the courier by email so you can only imagine how long responses take so I ended up chasing the depot directly and the courier company directly myself so don’t expect Parcel Monkey to do anything substantial. After item arrived, parcel force confirmed I could submit a claim for the fact I paid a premium for the fast delivery and Parcel Monkey now point me to THEIR terms saying no refund unless it doesn’t arrive for five working days and mine arrived in the evening on the fifth working day despite paying 48 hour delivery. Will be making a formal complaint to both PM and parcel force - avoid this company at all costs everyone and book directly, much more helpful!

Terrible company! Nowhere to enter package dimensions so they give you a fake price then tell you after youve paid you have to cancel the whole order and start again. They sell DPD Pick Up but you have to drop it off so its not pick up at all! MISLEADING!!!
