I have just received a notice that the company is charging me additional charge 7.54£. Apperently my package was 3kg instead of 0.75kg when I weighted it. That is of course complete nonsense. They are just taking advantage of their rules that you have to sign in order to send the package. Completely dishonest! I was trying to find some phone number of who to call or complain but couldnt find any information on their website. They suck!

The parcel was stolen, which was admitted by your investigator of the case. Also accepted payment for insurance and yet refuse to pay out anything not even the money I paid for insurance or for sending the package. I never had to deal with such a ridiculous company.

Booked a collection but they never came to collec it. Tried to contact Parcel Monkey but they do not have a customer service telephone line/ chat. I will never use them again.

Poor poor company! Sent a mirror weighing 8kg said I had misweighed it and charged my card with £52! No telephone number and ignored my letter! Absolutely appalling rip off company! Obviously if you want to reply to me now please do!!!

Easy to decide which service to use. Clear website. Delivery went well until the destination country sent it to the wrong depot! Got there eventually. Obviously not Parcel Monkeys problem. Would definitely use again.

The process is easy but to be charged extra money without authorisation because my package was 1kg over which I know is incorrect as I weighed the item twice and I measured it. The bag was no way 1.5kg when it weighed on two different scales as 0.4kg. The bag is a return to China which was cheap and weighed hardly anything. I will not be using this company again even though the information has come from DPD Parcel Monkey should question matters liked this to protect their customers.

First time of sending parcel overseas so used Royal Mail thinking they would be be the most reliable. Unfortunately in spite of being more expensive they have lost my parcel. Last heard of 2 days after dropping it off at PO, in Heathrow, and 3 weeks after applying for compensation still not heard anything not even an acknowledgement. Can’t fault your company
