Parcel Monkey failed to another courier on the scheduled date. It was rescheduled but again it was not collected. The customer support team were apologetic but were not interested in finding out what went wrong. I wasted two days waiting for the courier. I declined the offer to reschedule it again

Excellent performance from start to finish. A no-fuss booking rapidly confirmed. Collection inside half a day. Delivered in London with no customs or storage palaver in four days for one parcel and five for the second.

Have used these a few time and always chosen parcelforce as my courier. never had an incident until now. My buyer chose argos to take delivery but the oarcel was too heavy and they refused. Buyer contacted me and I had to chase it all up with parcelforce. Turns out it was sat at a pm depot but had no notification from them that there was a message waiting for me. You cant speak to a human..just live chat and the operatives were quite abrupt and really not helpful. Id asked if they could re deliver the oarcel from their depot to save time as they are halfway between my location and the delivery address. They said this wasnt possible. They charged me to return my parcel and advised I get on with it before they dispose if it. Was quoted ETA of Monday but it arrived on the friday and left in my shed (couriers actions..not parcel monkeys). I now have to re book the 25k parcel and drive it 8 miles for collection. Thanks for your help.. if you think you will get anymore business from me you can think again! another courier or another courier delivery are way more professional.

Absolutely shocking customer service when things go wrong. I often use this company to ship from UK to Spain and normally the boxes arrive within one week with no problem. This time however its be a month since I posted the boxes. I have been led on a merry dance by parcel monkey. They have produced a goods recieved slip that has no apartment number a back to front address and only one box number on it- so who knows where it actually was delivered. I have filled out the same form three times. Where it has been attached in the same email thread Ive been told its missing. I have been told the local courier has tried to phone me but have no missed calls. Ive have asked 4 times to speak to someone by phone with no-one responding to my requests, if the contents of the boxes were not my 3 year old sons Christmss presents it would be a complete joke. Very frustrating, very disappointing as I have previously recommended this courier to other people. Never ever again will I use Parcel Monkey

An additional surcharge was applied, the company claimed that the parcel weighed 5.9kg when in fact it only weighed 3kg they also claimed that the dimensions were larger than I had advised which is totally false I have worked in logistics for 30 years and in my opinion you are better off using the courier company directly and avoid this company if you dont want the hassle should a problem occur

I was happy with service and price from Parcel Monkey but disappointed with service from DPD. I chose a 24 hour, next day delivery but the parcel dropped locally on a Sunday was not collected until the Tuesday. What was wrong with Monday?

The site was easy to use and the courier I selected picked up and delivered the package as arranged for a reasonable price. However, I’ve just been informed that the weight I provided was incorrect and Parcelmonkey have just taken an extra £40 off my credit card without further discussion or permission. I am perfectly capable of weighing a box and the item would not have weighed as much as they are now claiming. I would also have expected some dialogue regarding an alleged incorrect weight, especially as I think there has been a mistake, as opposed to a blunt email informing me they had taken my money. If the total price to send the parcel had been quoted initially I would not have sent it! Not impressed.

Insured item worth £100 went missing. The buyer told me it hadnt arrived about a week after due delivery date. Made a claim - refused!! Why? Because you have to claim within 5 days of due delivery (huh!?). This may be acceptable if you send very occasional items and are willing to track all of them every day. I send several items a day and Im expected to keep track of all of them arriving on schedule. You have to be kidding me? Clearly people usually rely on the recipient. This random restriction is obviously so that most claims fail. another courier (28 days from mailing) and Royal Mail (80 days from mailing) amongst many others have no such overly onerous restriction. Never again. Other services re similar cost and more honest.

I always use parcel monkey and have never had a problem. They are ideal for international shipments, I can always track the parcels. Plus delivery is always quick.
