the service has been rubbish. Collect driver didn t ring the bells because was raining and he didn t get down from van. I was been at home all day to wait for it. I called the DPD service and a boy told me that the driver should come back the after morning. Nothing he didn t come! The service really rubbish

Should have been 24 hour delivery , but parcel did not get delivered until 72 hours later , if its PF24 then it should just be that
