Not always consistent as far as which carriers are offered - some mainstream carriers were offered one day when thew option was being explored but not the next when a collection became a certainly.

Sent Parcel to Canada just before Xmas.£35 Parcelmonkey and £88 for exactly same service if booked with Company direct.Parcel dropped in UK Post Office 12th Dec.Arrived British Columbia for collection on 16th Dec.Not bad in my opinion for Tracked Service !!!

One box missing after 2 months! We have tried everything. We used DPD courrier through ParcelMonkey to send 6 parcels from UK to Portugal. We were careful to label and pack everything according to the instructions. While 5 of them arrived after one week, the other never came. We reported this to parcelmonkey, called DPD >20 times and made a complaint and nothing. WHAT A NIGHTMARE.

I purchased a 3-5 day courier service from my house to the Netherlands. The location of my package is now unknown and customer service keeps telling me "they will get back to me" but they never do. Im very disappointed and will not be using the service again. edit: its been two weeks and still no response.

Parcel force I have attempted to call twice and only spoken to machines both times My parcel was attempted to be delivered. It was delivered unsuccessfully, neither the recipient or myself were contacted It is due to have an attempted second delivery which has been on the tracking delivery screen for 3 days now Useless

Customer service was terrible. No refund for 5-7 days after DPD failed to another courier after I wasted a whole day waiting indoors for them. They even gave me a 1hr time slot sent to my phone but apparently they shouldnt of sent that to me. So parcel wasnt collected and I had to pay out more money to get my parcel delivered to Ireland before Christmas. Finally sent it today with Parcel force via the post office which is better service!!! Will not use Parcel Monkey ever again after the way they treated me.

Christmas gifts to my grandchildren were collected and arrived the following morning at 10am!! Very reasonable costs. Only downside was I put a this way up message on top of the box, but the printed label, which was on front panel was turned to the top. I will remember in future to put print label where you want the box to be handled and placed.
