Very easy website to access and use. Our parcel to Spain was processed and safely and speedily delivered and we were able to use their free £20 insurance as well, which gave us peace of mind.
The whole process was extremely efficient and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My 3 boxes of linen for my new home in France were booked for collection through ParcelMonkey by DPD on 15th January. After repeated calls to ParcelMonkey that they had not been collected I was advised that It was my fault as I had not been at home for dpd to pick up my boxes during the allotted time slot . Total rubbish! I took the day off for this collection and waited in all day for them. As we were flying to Bordeaux on the 16th I had no choice but to leg it to my local Post Office. £5 more but arrived promptly to my French home 2 days later. I absolutely wouldn’t use ParcelMonkey again! Incompetent and liars!!!!

Next day delivery turns out to be 48hr. In my book parcel monkey have stolen money off me. Paid for next day got 48hr with no difference refunded, just a sorry but at 98% delivery rate were the same as other couriers, bla bla. Not the first time they’re let me down / stolen off me but it’ll be the last.

The Parcel Monkey experience is good, intuitive and simple to use. Very easy to select a service, insert all details and get approved. Trouble is, Parcel Monkey dont do the actual collecting and delivering. I placed three orders, two of which were collected and delivered fine; one of which was delivered to the wrong place and then re-delivered ONE WEEK later.

Excellent service; the carrier at the European destination is not always able to make the final delivery to the address specified, probably because the recipients work full time but the parcel can be subsequently easily collected from their depot.

Great service, good value but it would be nice to know about what time of day it is likely to be collected, saves hanging around all day.
Its not safe to leave things on the doorstep.

VERY frustrated by lack of information. No idea when (or if) the collection company was going to arrive. The collection "window" of 0800 - 1800 was completely unreasonable. The tracking facility wasnt available. Told not to contact company direct (which I did at 1400 on the day) only to find they couldnt easily recognise any of the reference numbers - eventually turned up at 1615. A day of my life Ill never get back! Bloke from Parcel Force was ok though!
