After shipped they send me an email asked for extra money cause “somebody” said the package is over weighted but I’ve weight it before and it won’t be possible to be over 7kg. It’s actually 6,6kg. And they said it’s over 10kg so I asked them for proof of evidence and nobody ever responded. Worse experience ever

I would never use again. After having my item for over a week it was returned as prohibited. This was two brass ornaments to go to the USA. No contact was made to let me know they were being returned or why.

Everything was very smooth, dropped off at the post office with no issues and our parcel was in New Zealand within 4 days well within the specified time, as this was sent mid-December I was impressed it easnt held up. I have used this service before and will continue to use them.

I am actually happy with parcel monkey however, I am not happy with one of its contractor DPD. DPD has not knowcked my door or rang my door bell but it clais having done so ! I was at home all day following up my e-mail updates and DPD has not delivered my packages. Monkey Parcel shoud do something about this behaviour from one of its contractors, DPD. I have already complained to DPD about my dissatisfaction.

Really happy with the service and the cost. I sent a parcel to the same address in Canada a week before this one and the parcel monkey one arrived in less than a week. The other parcel still hasnt arrived yet.
