Via the Parcel Monkey website I bought DPDs Classic delivery with an apparent 2 day delivery service. Well, they failed to deliver the item in that time. The small print, it turns out, says its not guaranteed. So I paid for a service I did not receive but if Id read the small print I might have guessed that and gone somewhere else. Be warned!

It was never told to me that I would be charged an additional £60 when the packaged arrives in Pakistan. apparently customs and duties. But for what when they are used goods. Really bad service.

Delivered OK but damaged. Looks like parcel was dropped several time and despite being well packed it will cost c£100 to repair computer.

Charged an extra fee for alleged 500g overweight, the parcel was carefully weighed and measured before despatch...I will not use this site again.

So far so good, no issues and they do email back if you have a query or problem as I did when I made an error on my label that needed to be changed after I had purchased and printed. So Ive used them a few times now and packages sent and received on time and prices have appeared a little cheaper and with more courier options to chose from.

It wont allow me to put 0 stars but if I could I would. Awful customer service, happy to take money and then its not their problem. Sent a parcel all the way to St Vincent, they asked for phone number and email address of recipient, then when there was an issue with delivery they didnt bother to contact them so it got sent all the way home to me!

Easy to use - my address was a lock up at Gatwick for forwarding to China and no problem for the Monkey ! Considerably cheaper than Royal Mail. Saved myself a fortune. Now saved in favourites so I can use again. 5 stars
