Brilliant service cost £11.10 to send a microwave quite a long way and they picked up my parcel brought the delivery sticker with them and gave me tracking information, so I had proof I had sent the item and that it had been signed for on delivery. The man picking up the parcel was helpful and helped me secure the parcel with tape.

Not as expected on the quoted time to send a parcel abroad. The parcel sat in United Kingdom g GuyOr nearly a week. And now the courier suppose yo return it to me. Still not heard when and where. Attempt to contact them is not available due to online service only. Suppose to be very convenient , is not. Think twice to use this again.

Dont use Parcel Monkey! Used parcel monkey for years and Ill NEVER EVER use them again! I actually HATE them and wish insolvency on the company. Shipped a package to family overseas before Christmas at a cost of c£100 which was deemed to contain dangerous goods so was returned. I suspect it was the tablet given that it contained a battery but they are unable to tell me the reason. Fast forward over a month later and almost daily chasing of both ParcelMonkey and their shipper- I receive notification that they have received it back and that I need to a) collect in Southampton (I live in Yorkshire), b) pay a £5 admin fee and an additional £22 to have it returned to me or it will be kindly destroyed. Through my daily calls Ive learned that their returns process requires a pallet to become filled with their shipper before they will return. Their customer service are unable to tell you anything and unwilling to help. Basically, shut up, sit tight and just wait. Youll get your returned parcel when you get it. DONT USE THEM. Disgusting company which has no place in the UK.

Sent a small parcel with a coin in, the item was delivered fine but then a week later I received a charge saying my item was 20kg! and I’d have to pay a massive surcharge. I explained it was a tiny parcel weighing a few 100 grams but they said I needed photographic evidence, I wasn’t advised to take photographs etc before dispatch!

They really live up to their name. Our parcel to be sent to Australia is still sitting in our living room even though they sent us an email to tell us that it had been picked up. Avoid. My wife waited 2 days for these people to turn up.

Sent a parcel to Hong Kong. Very clear information and instructions with appropriate links to the chosen courier. Chose parcel drop off my end and given tracking number. Parcel arrived at destination ahead of promised schedule. Cost of selected service seemed reasonable.

Very easy to find the right delivery service once I’d measured and weighed the parcel. The price for delivery within the UK of an 8kg parcel nearly a metre in length was remarkably inexpensive, given that it was collected from home, tracking included. Brilliant service that I would recommend to anyone.

Arranged and paid for collection on Thursday 06/02/2020 - Friday 07/02/2020 - still waiting for collection - no help from Parcel Monkey other than you have to wait until 6pm - I told them i COuldnt stay late on Friday which is why i made the collection for the Thursday - basically - stay or cancel - no help whatsoever - will NEVER EVER them again and I ship worldwide!
