Shocking service from beginning to end. I was sending a parcel to my son in Australia (from UK) for Christmas. I accepted a price which was increased at checkout without explanation. I paid for 3 day delivery to Australia (from UK) but tracking repeatedly reports 11 days to delivery, so the parcel will arrive after Christmas!! No explanation for delay despite my repeated requests. Complete disinterest by Parcel Monkey and by dpd (delivering the parcel). I will never use Parcel Monkey again and dont recommend them. My advice is to stay clear.

My bag arrived to Greece totally wet. My clothes were destroyed from mold and moisture exposure. I will never use again the services and I am not going to recommend this to anyone.

Whilst I was booking collection and delivery I was ask why not upgrade to parcelforce 24 before 12pm...so I paid the extra.item was collected and then sent in the wrong direction. I did receive item 48 hours later. Parcel monkey was contacted for compensation for wrong service provided and was told they would pass to refund dept, no response since. I keep sending messages and just respond with this is a duplicate thread and now its been closed. Next time I will go with dpd.

Two parcels, UK to France, total weight 38kg. Picked up when promised and delivered 24hrs early. Cant say fairer than that. Definitely to be used again.

Not one of the best courier comparison services out there. Very reluctant to liaise with courier about basic info when parcel was delayed internationally. Theres so many courier comparison services now, better off going with someone else.

Found good value postage in here.
The page could be bit more friendly in letting you correct information. As misspelled something and had to redo it all from the start.
Own label has to be printed which is disasvantage.

They haven’t collected my parcel after 4 days, haven’t replied to 8 of my emails. I’ve booked it in with parcel force but haven’t had a refund. Parcel monkey are are useful as a chocolate tea pot.

Delivery to Poland using Parcelforce - posted (drop-off) on Monday and arrived on Thursday - so really good time, especially in the period leading to Christmas. Tracking information was reassuring. Good service!

Booking was easy and price competitive. Collection of parcel was efficient and prompt. Parcel was eventually delivered safely but the 3 day international priority label was a bit misleading as it took a week to be delivered. There was no indication that this might be delayed, but perhaps could have been expected at this time of year. No updates were provided about the delay, which would have been helpful. Although I was able to track the parcel, it was unclear why it was stuck at certain points in its journey. However, overall a good service which I would use again.

Not good - parcel arrived damaged and despite repeated requests still no one has contacted me with regard to rectifying this - the additional insurance cover I took out hopefully will compensate me !!! The after sales service is woeful and I would avoid this company - its always someone elses fault - however they are very efficient when taking your money - which is nice
