Third time using parcel monkey. No problem whatsoever

I have used this service a few times not but the service is a lot worse now I paid for a parcel to be delivered with in 5 days it’s been 11 days now it’s still not been delivered

Parcel Monkey is usually OK, but on this occasion the courier (DPD) failed to turn up on the day, and it was difficult to use the website to reschedule. Despite getting two text messages from DPD confirming they would be coming on the day I had been advised, they failed to turn up. We had to stay in all day in the hope that they were coming. When they didnt turn up, I emailed DPD to ask what was happening, and got no response. so went to their website to reschedule - it only allowed the one option of rescheduling to the next working day. I got no more texts from DPD, and they just turned up unannounced late on the rescheduled day. That was two days we had to stay in on the off-chance that a courier might decide to turn up.

Simple to use much much muuuuuuuch cheaper than Ive found elsewhere (even with the actual delivery company!) It took maybe 3 mins to set up my account and 2 mins to get a quote and pay. All I had to do after that was go about my day and wait for the delivery dude to come pick my parcel up and go. Email confirmation with labels etc are clear and easy to understand. I will be using parcel monkey for all my parcel sending needs from this day forward.
