Damaged my item. Arrived late. Told to put in a claim and would get partial refund on my postage costs. So I put in a claim. Told I put the claim in late. I did it within the criteria... they are very slow to reply which is obviously a tactic, so if my claim was late it was due to them. They knew I wanted to claim within 14days!! I’m informed I’ll get partial refund - parcelforce give 50% back for late delivery. So they have kept my money from that and now saying they will pass this on to the management team!! Why the management team. Not being funny but my postage costs should’ve been refunded as soon as my claim was substantiated... ie check tracking and you’ll see it arrived 4 days later not including the weekend. When I PAID for a 48hr service!! SO THEY CANT EVEN GET THAT RIGHT! I shall never use this poor excuse of a company again. I will however take this as high as I need to go regards my rights as a consumer. Twitter. Facebook. Watchdog. Trading standards.

Fantastic service with DPD to ship from England to Italy. Very easy to drop off at various deop off ppints and regular email communications and status updates. The parcel was delivered with no damage and within the stated period of time.
Will definitely use again.

I went to the post office and their foreign member of staff from Brazil quoted me £103 as the cheapest rate to send my parcel to the USA
Parcel Monkey had it collected from my home for £47 and it was collected by Parcel Force
No wonder I will be using Parcel Monkey in future
Cheaper and no lugging parcels up to a **** Post Office staffed by incompetents
