I very often send parcels from the UK to Germany. To find the best prices I always go on parcelmonkey. With only a few data to put in I instantly get a price comparison of all major couriers listed from cheap to more expensive. After making the choice the label comes straight away. I can only recommend parcelmonkey.

Wasnt hopeful after reading other reviews on parcel monkey but was over the moon when my parcel was collected on time by parcel force for less than half the price of parcel forces own site. Will defo use again.

I can highly recommend Parcel monkey for their service is amazing. The website is easy to use and all paperwork can be printed immediately.
The courier service is very fast, my box arrive in usa from uk in just 3 days!! Very happy with the service and will be back using it again very soon.

Amazing service. Had tried two other courier companies who didnt come and collect my parcel, and after two weeks and having to cancel those bookings I finally booked through parcel monkey. I received a confirmation email, my Parcel was collected the next day and delivered within 24hrs. I will only use Parcel Monkey in future.

To be honest I use parcel monkey regularly. And I have to say the service is very good. However today it has all come tumbling down. I was in a serious rush and needed to process the postage on an item. Just as I was about to finalise the booking a message came up saying that parcel monkey do not deliver to a certain postcode. Aaaaaarrrerggggggghhhhh. Just not what I needed at this time of day on a bad day. Also no explanation to say why they don’t deliver to this postcode. Anyway I will still use them as I send lots.

I declared my parcels weight and dimensions and paid the fee stated. I then had a email stating they were charging me more as a "volumised" weight was calculated on my parcel from its size. The size of a parcel does not dictate its weight! My parcel weighed 3.8kg, however, someone decided it magically weighed 8kg due to its size. Will never use again!

Sent an expensive bike in a bike box. Arrived at my customers like it had been thrown around and ripped open. Holes everywhere in the box. Wasn’t kept the right way up! So now thinking there’s damage to the derailleur!! So bike will be a right off!! Luckily I paid for extra insurance, which looks like I’ll be claiming for!!! Not only did the bike arrive battered! It was supposed to arrive within 48hrs via parcelforce, in fact arrived twice the time stated! Not including the weekend! Won’t ever use again! I look forward to making my claim!!

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received with this order. My recipient received a text with a delivery slot, then after waiting for that, received another for a much later one. She waited up for the late delivery slot only for it to not come at all, with no text or call to explain why. She rearranged to get it picked up a couple of days later, then received no notification that it was there. She went at the allotted time anyway, and even though I had written in the notes section that the parcel was fragile (hence why I paid for a courier, not standard postal service!), and written all over the parcel in clear writing that it was fragile, the parcel was completely beaten up, and the contents are broken. I am really angry with this service and even more upset that I cannot speak to someone on the phone about it.
