Really misleading service. They will sell you an upgraded compensation and insurance package and then when things go wrong say your item doesnt comply with their restricted item list which covers almost every item you can imagine. Still happy to take the payment and upgraded insurance without upgrading their service in any way. AVOID

Excellent online service cuts out a lot of hassle. Note that whilst Parcelforce in comparison website Royal Mail is not. For small parcels 2KG or less where you don’t want any insurance RM significantly cheaper than the options on this site, so just need to be aware. But can’t fault the system itself - good one!

I would have given 5* but it said the parcel had been signed for but it wasn’t! The parcel could have gone anywhere! Spoiling Christmas for my Granddaughter.

I posted a parcel to Germany with parcel force through parcel monkey.
It cost less than £10 parcel force quoted £35
It was posted Monday pm and arrived Wednesday am

Hi, please ignore our first review, yes it was not delivered as stated, that’s because our plastic box smashed, it was kindly wrapped in shrink wrap and delivered a few days later on the Thursday the day of the strikes, nothing was missing or damaged and the driver could not have been nicer, sorry for the first response, the overall service was excellent.

I used parcel monkey last week and thought they had done a great job , my parcel arrived the next day and all was good ....until a week later when I received a message saying that the courier had measured my parcel and it was 65x65x43 instead of the 70x60x35 that I had stated and this was then calculated at 9kg heavier than the 20 kg stated by myself, even though every retailer has the same product an elite direto trainer with a shipping weight of 19kg I had £52 extra taken of my credit card to cover this , after an initial £26 ....be very wary , I feel they give a competitive price then just scam you when delivered .The courier they used was parcel force !

It took ages, at least 30 messages forth and back over 2 weeks of totally nonsensical communication and inconsistent requests of an almost offencive style, until ParcelMonkey came forward that the shipment got lost. Now even their claim form is disfuctional. I have requested a dozen times to talk to a senior manager, and Im constantly being fobbed off. There is no way to get anybody responsible to talk to me and there is zero accountability. I have no way as a client to get any form of recognition of what truly happens or to get any satisfaction.
