Sent a parcel to Switzerland. Attempt was made to deliver without any indication of time of day or date it would arrive, so nobody was there to receive it. Now trying to arrange for it to be collected from depot, but the recipient in Switzerland is not allowed to be involved. I had to give all the parcel details and now hope to hear from them as to when it can be collected. Not possible for the recipient just to walk in and collect it, it has to be rearranged as a collection. Very frustrating.

I am a very long term customer of Parcelmonkey and this time I have to write about my experience, I put a compaint 3 MONTHS ago for damaged item and there is still no refund sorted out for me, thats not professional and stop blaming Parcelforce for delaying claim process

Really good service. Used it twice to send parcels to France and they got there so quickly .
Picked up from my workplace and delivered to family no issues.
I struggled to print the labels though as no printer and had to use work bit format wasnt right.
So maybe a qr code option would be beneficial as well as handwritten labels?
Other than that all fine.

No reliability and terrible customer service. Parcel monkey delivered our £1000+ worth equipment 4 days later then promised and made us lose enormous amount of money. It is impossible to reach them if you have a problem as they have no contact number, I have spent hours talking to parcel force that is managing their deliveries to find where oe of our boxes was but no one could give an answer. In the end they disagreed to even make a refund, which was minor despite of us loosing thousands of pounds due to their mistake and negligence. Save yourself time and nerves and book another courier, who are reachable , reliable and sensible.

Parcel Monkey allowed me to buy and pay for an international service to be picked up prior to Christmas. It didn’t get picked up and order wasn’t passed to courier company in time. Had to wait in for a wasted day then second time I was told it would be picked up before midday. It wasn’t and we were travelling for the holidays so had to leave in an unlocked garage with parcel inside.

Paid for a 24 service. Parcel wasnt collected when the website stated it would be. Collected 3 days later. No refund from this terrible company, do yourself a favour and use another courier.... Much better customer service and generally cheaper anyway

Up to now service has been great - however failed to collect two parcels and then proceeded to tell me they would be collected two working days after I booked collection - lets hope they get there!!
