Parcel got there, but the tracking was very vague and after 2 contacts to customer service I was still none the wiser. Luckily just after that it was delivered, so I would use again but would like clearer tracking and more helpful customer service.

The process of using Parcel Monkey was pretty straightforward if somewhat lengthy. However, I chose a 3-5 day delivery option. The parcel should have arrived at the very latest today. This takes into account the weekend which isn’t classed as business days which is fair enough. I have just checked on the tracking site & it says it is still at the depot! Not impressed with that!

Been using this website for a few years now and no problems to report. Easy to see the options, make a booking and pay using one website. I am loyal customer. However, like most online consolidators, not the only game in town and websites can be cheaper / offer more options so worth shopping around.

My parcel wasnt send out because I used wrapping paper for Xmas to wrap my parcel. It was left at my local click and collect nobody contacted me about this it was only because I rung myself to find out why my parcel was not send. Had to go back to the local shop to repackage my parcel to be send of 3 days later. It arrived but terrible communication.
