The parcel arrived safely in very good condition in The Netherlands after only 3 days in transit. A fair price considering the weight of the parcel (5Kg) and the distance travelled.

Another successful parcel delivered to Slovenia. Had a slight delay and tracking was not updating, so had to contact Parcel Monkey who prompt looked into the matter and provided a response.

Would give less than one if I could, read the fine print not open over weekend to deal with issues and also just a middle man so cannot be held responsible. Booked an urgent collection and delivery with next day service. DX couriers have a parcel stuck in their Warrington depot and wont deliver on a Saturday. Person is leaving the UK on Sunday, never mind next day DX are offering to deliver 7 days after collection. Great service hope you enjoy your holidays.

Brilliant service. My daughter in New Zealand has received her Christmas present in time for the big day exactly as specified.
Easy to use. Last year I used Hermes and she didn’t get her gift until end January.
I’ll definitely be using parcel monkey again.

All good with collection in the UK with parcel monkey service, but sister company used in South Africa, Dawn Wing, service was awful and was trying to make consignee/receiver pay huge fees for release of package when receiver was never contacted. Thank you Parcel monkey in assisting where possible.

Collected on time from my home in East Sussex, delivered two days later as advertised to our son’s address in county Cork, Ireland ready for Christmas. Very efficient. Much cheaper than Ryanair!
Only criticism is that it is impossible to contact a human being with any questions.

Went direct with Parcel Force far to expensive and had to take parcels to Post office, then went through Parcel Monkey still ended up with Parcel Force but £28 cheaper and parcels collected from my door, excellent service.

Absolutely rubbish My parcel still hasnt been delivered and its been more than 12days. Non existent customer customer service, no telephone number to speak the anyonr. Everything is via a messaging app and you receive generic replies. Worst service ever.

Superb service and a simple process too. We posted a large parcel from the UK to New Zealand at a considerably cheaper rate than the Post Office quoted. The parcel arrived at its destination in 5 days which I thought was brilliant. Thank you Parcel Monkey. Well definitely use this service again and recommend to everyone.

PM7791083 Parcel monkey shocking 4 weeks later after item arrived smashed to hell and over 50 messages still no refund and now not replying to my messages just fob you off making every excuse. Small claims court now being started to get my money back shock customer service Avoid like the plague save your self time and stress and go direct to couriers
