Parcel Monkey fair, but PARCELFORCE will take your money and to hell with any principles. During booking my collection/delivery I was invited to upgrade to 24hr delivery. My parcel arrived after 48hrs. No traffic hold ups, no inclement weather conditions. Just the usual with PARCELFORCE, POOR SERVICE. It seems PARCELFORCE can do what they like with delivery times. They take the money and claim they do not guarantee delivery times, so I ask myself the question, why did they invite me to upgrade to 24hrs delivery? Money for nothing. WILL NO ONE RID US OF THIS TROUBLESOME COURIER?

Do NOT ever trust this outfit! We sent one suitcase, which we underestimated both the weight, and the dimensions so as to be fair. And then they overcharged us an extra GBP29.89, saying that the suitcase handle constituted the extra charge! This resulted in the declared weight going up by 7kgs! For a bloody suitcase handle! And the dimensions going from a depth of 20cms to a whopping 30cms!! All because we never told them that the suitcase had a handle!! Will never use or trust this outfit again, and nor should you!!

Parcel Monkey is a great site for booking couriers and I would always go there first. However, they should beware of stating drop off at any Post Office. Most of them will tell you that they are Royal Mail NOT a Parcel Force collection point - so distinguishing the difference and identifying the Parcel Force collection points would be helpful.

5 stars is for how arrive the parcel in time and not damage but the service from England was sheet about the delivery guy. When I book for that parcel I just wrote a message that I was home and alone whit a small baby than I wish to get help to take the parcel. And that person call to my husband that I was him alone at home and he curry the parcel and baby because the delivery guy was very very very rude on the phone and also my husband sayd ok but than give me 5 minutes in 3 minutes the delivery guy call him back saung:are 3 minutes allready I gonna go. My husband asked him to waith so did everything my husband and when my husband open the gate him didnt even help in that time to take the parcel and he tried to not sign his label.. So if I was alone? If I was pregnant and plus small little one for this person doesent metter. Horrible horrible horrible I m very happsad for that

The parcel is still not there ! They left a card in the post box on Wednesday saying they attempted delivery but they did not knock on the door as the people were there waiting for the parcel.

The parcel from uk to Hong Kong in 5 days without any problem . I regularly use parcel monkey to send parcels to Hong Kong . Excellent service . Highly recommended .

Nearly 70 pounds cheaper than direct, but using the same companies. Easy to drop off and then delivered to Holland in a few days. Very impressed and very happy with service!

Parcel arrived in India they charged a tax of 45% of £90.00 or a pair of shoes I needed to send to my son. NOTE IT WAS SENT AS AN INDIVIDUAL TO AN INDIVIDUAL. CUSTOMS CHARGED BECAUSE MY SON ASKED ME TO SEND IT TO HIS WORK FOR SAFETY. Now parcel monkies custoner service chat android tells me the parcel will be destroyed unless we pay???? USELESS SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SEND ANYTHING ANYWHERE

We put right address to send artwork to Miami in secured tube. It hasnt been delivered . The art work has been returned damaged No compensation at all. Lost 270 pounds!!!!! Goodbye

Seem pretty good on the whole, they do deal with any issues pretty quickly although it is a rare occurrence in my experience. Prices are good and the couriers are also good.

Dont waste your money with them box marked fragile and packed very well arrived in bits. Dont waste your time trying to claim even if you insure it have are not interested.

This is the first time I’ve used parcel monkey and as always you wonder if you’ve made the right choice.... I can say without doubt that it was a good decision. The parcel pick up was on time and delivered to Ireland from uk door to door within 2 days. Perfect! Will definitely use them again and hope to get the same timely service.
