Have used Parcel Monkey before and would most definitely do so again. Picked up parcel as they said they would and it was delivered to destination (France) in two days. Thoroughly recommend them.

Quite a lot of info to input (sending a parcel of multiple goods to the US!) but easy to use, great price, drop off was super easy and the package got to the destination in half the time I ever expected. Great site.

A 3 1/2 kg parcel was delivered door to door from Birmingham to Fort Wayne in Indiana in 5 days at the busiest time of the year and it was VERY competitively priced !

I have had a very good experience ,everything was on the time , actually i was very happy because didnt have to wait all day for th collection guys and its arriver very early on the same condition as i sent it.i can only recommend and in the future i wish to use that service again.

I booked an international service (UK to Poland) on 12 December - now it is 22 Dec and the parcel (booked with Parcel Force) still hasnt arrived. Unfortunately once the order is done, it is not possible to find out the approximate date of the delivery. The reply of customer service over the phone is that it will be within the time frame indicated at the booking, but theres not information about this in the confirmation email or in the account. The tracking option is not very helpful - the last information about the parcel was from 19 December. The latest update is that the parcel went to wrong delivery depot and will have to go back to the hub. Still no idea whether it will arrive before Christmas or not.

Didnt come and pickup my parcels because apparently their "pickup" service actually requires me to drop off the parcels. When I explained this to customer support they acted as if this was obvious and didnt help a bit
