I have never received my parcel. It completely ruined my Christmas as all the gifts for my family are inside and my suitcase to come back with. No tracking reference it is like it never leaves UK. Ive used Parcel Monkey twice before and never had a problem, third time unlucky! Two weeks after posting my parcel I received an email to say the courier had attempted delivery several times and would now return the parcel. After several messages I was then told the item was damaged, but could be returned at a cost higher than my initial postage cost! Eventually Parcel Monkey agreed to return it free of charge, but it never arrived and was disposed of! Absolutely fuming! Awful service and will not use again!

Awful. Failed to pick up on the right day, despite 24 hr reception at the office. Then tried to change address, and despite getting a RED code, and being told it would be delivered friday, they didnt change the address and didnt try to deliver until today. And then was told by parcel force that it was all parcel monkeys issue. Really frustrating lack of communication and none to speak to made it a hellish experience. Ruined my weekend and that of the recipient who waited in all weekend to receive Jack
