I have used Parcel Monkey for international delivery a multitude of times( more than 10 times) with just one problem, one time only, which was not of their fault but just because of a mistake at the scanning dept at the customs, an error made them sending back the goods but Parcel Monkey refunded me half the amount. Again it was not from any wrong doing from Parcel Monkey which is a very Good company providing an excellent service at a very competitive price.The proof, I have just posted 2 parcels to Greece with them again. Great company.Just follow the recommendations with the restrictions for sending goods abroad. I will use them again if needed.

Used Parcelforce to deliver 2 suitcases from UK to Alabama. Dropped off at Post Office on a Friday and delivered the following Thursday.
Had good but tedious way of covering the customs aspect. Tedious because I needed to itemise every item in 2 suitcases :-(. I guess this is unavoidable?
Was able to track delivery.
I would use again.
Price seemed reasonable.

Good value, quick delivery to Germany (although didnt collect parcel until day after scheduled collection date). Parcel arrived in good condition.

Do not use Parcel Monkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the 3rd time that a parcel has not been delivered on time. You cannot speak to an actual person and when you would like an update on when the parcel is likely to be delivered, you have to wait HOURS. This is very unprofessional when you are running a business. If it has only happened once, I would accept this, but three times without an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation is NOT acceptable.

Buy a 24 hour delivery service. Takes 2 days delivery #firstworldproblem but sneaky T&C means they can get away with it. Not best business practice

Easy website to use,VERY competitive prices and fast availability of parcel label download--delivery within 2 days following collection. The only point of improvement I would like to see is an email/text advice of collection time,better than waiting in all day!

I had a really bad experience with Parcel money, I gave them the full address for a parcel. Which they picked up, my parcel was scheduled for a 2 day delivery but this never happened, i waiting a further few days, and my customer still did not get his delivery. I called the company to be told my parcel is sitting in a warehouse and cannot be sent to the address and would be returned to me and I would receive a refund. They then returned my parcel to me and denied me a refund and said this was my fault for typing in an incorrect address. My address was correct and clearly stated were I wanted the parcel to go. I even wrote the address on the parcel itself, and they covered this with black marker. I have never seen anything like this and cannot believe a company this big can get away with something like this. There team member literally emailed me saying: We will be providing you with a full refund as this is no fault of your own and now they are ignoring me!!

Really good service at a good price for delivery and insurance.
When the package arrives in another country it is better to use the partner carrier website to find when package will be delivered or if you wish to change delivery. If you have problems I have found that contacting parcel monkey gets results reasonably quickly.
