I have no complaint against parcel monkey themselves but I have a bit issue with the delivery company that was used DHL. The driver left the parcel in a passageway of the block of flats where it was being delivered to. BUT I got a message saying the parcel had been delivered and SIGNED for by the person it was addressed to. Well it was never signed for and left it a place it couldve been taken by anyone.
I have sent messages of my complaint to them and they are ignoring me.
Not happy at all with this company.

Excellent as always - used many times, no issues so far. Never needed to follow up or chase - bookings go through without a problem, couriers always turn up, items always delivered. Cant ask for more than that! Will continue to be my website of choice when I need to send parcels.

Sent parcel to US got it returned. Apparently address was wrong however I was hoping to get an email before you send it back so we could sort out the issue. I know the address is right tho. Could be a problem on US side. Lost 20 pounds.

Someone recommended Parcel Monkey UK to me, in sending a bulky package that was quite fragile.
I have to say the service is a lot cheaper than other companies Ive used, and on the several times Ive used them now, everything has arrived intact and on time.
It is my first go-to now.
