Havent received parcel. Apparently the driver from dpd arrived abit to early before the parcel was ready. He promised to return and pick it but never showed up. Ive kind of given up on dpd..

Parcelmonkey took £52.60 extra from my credit card without my consent as they said the package was heavier/measurement differ, but did not state what the measurements you came up with in order for a massive extra charge to be taken. This is impossible as the measurement came directly from the Amazon product itself. I will neve use or recommend you Parcelmonkey again. Also they have no telephone number s in order to contact them, thats convenient for them. Very poor service.

I use Parcel Monkey at least once a year, never any issues, only sometimes with the actual delivery company, but Parcel Monkey is always helpful.

Wow! Easy, instructions and payment method, prompt pick up which did not interfere with the rest of the day and superb delivery in France (the driver called while I wasnt at home and we made arrangements together to leave it on a safe place). We will most definitely use this service again!!

Parcel monkey has been a godsend during the past few weeks, it is very easy to set yourself up an account and very intuitive to use, the drivers are friendly and offer an accurate collection time frame and the cost of shipments is second to none.

The booking and collection is great, but Parcel Monkey are useless at updating your shipment details when the parcel has been collected from you and more importantly when it has arrived at its destination, especially if its going overseas via DPD or DHL. You have no idea if it has arrived, short of ringing the recipient. Be better at updating details please....

One of the worst company - Fake promises to deliver the item in 2-4 days (fast express delivery) - never delivered - had to go and collect from the courier centre - not recommended - send multiple emails - no reply - promised to get back to me in 3 - 5 working days - waiting for almost 10 days - Please dont use this company !!!!!!
