I regularly use Parcel Monkey, and as a middle-man to the couriers, their prices are quite good, but then I normally ONLY book Parcelforce with them. Last week I had to send a parcel to South Korea, and DPD was the best offer for that. However DPD failed to arrive to collect the parcel. On my query, Parcel Monkey apparently rebooked the collection for the next day. DPD failed to arrive again, and when I called them, was told that they never received the request in the first place. Also - the on-hold message that plays while you are waiting for DPD has the CEO talking about how you should not abuse their staff if you have a problem - not very encouraging as a customer- when that message makes it very obvious that they are recieving tons of irate customers! I had to book through another courier, and am waiting for the refund for my original purchase. I will continue to use you to book drop-off parcels for Parcelforce, but I think Parcel Monkey needs to re-look at their courier partners, especially DPD

Very easy booking via Parcel Monkey for Parcelforce, who picked up 20kg parcel at 16.00 hours from Sussex and it was delivered in Dumfries before 9.00 next day. Brilliant and amazing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have been an absolute disgrace from start to finish, their website is at best misleading and they bury super important information so deep you’ll never find it. My next day delivery ended up arriving back with me destroyed after a month.... When the delivery driver arrived to hand back my goods (without any warning), he threw my clearly marked fragile box from the back of his van onto the hard standing below.

Ive had my share of correspondence reference damaged parcels..not damaged by Parcelmonkey to make it clear..but I occasionally have to battle to get compensation...so as the service renders the delivery cheaper I am prepared to put up with some prevarication..overall Im happy with the service that Parcelmonkey provides.
