great delivery service, paid for collection to go to Spain, parcal was picked up the next morning and arrived in Spain in fab condition 4 days later. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

The service was good and parcel collectio very quick. Spoilt by non recognition by listed collection point Currys. Also made more difficult because I had to print a postage label which I couldnt do from my phone. The kind lady at Currys helped with this and my parcel was picked up very quickly.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice now for sending parcels to Spain and Czech Republic Found their website easy to use and dropped them off at a local shop for collection. Parcels received in the set time. Will use again

Driver said he came by but he never came. I was there all day, waiting for him. This was a 24hr service, finally I had to rush myself to the post office just before closure lugging 3 heavy boxes.

2 parcels sent one with DPD and the other DHL. DPD was good.
DHL told me parcel had been signed for but didnt give an address didnt respond to request for delivery address. Poor service, wont use again.

First time using Parcelmonkey.
Both parcels went through Parcelforce at just over half the price of going direct.
I wanted to take the parcels to my local Parcelforce depot and once I sussed out that it doesnt matter for label printing which post office you nominate for dropping off, everything was straight forward. Parcelforce managed to be a day late delivering one of them, but thats not the fault of Parcelmonkey.

Collection time was much earlier than expected (considering we booked quite late) and without warning but, fortunately, the pack was ready for the courier so it wasnt much of an issue and, actually, we were quite relieved to not be waiting around all day. Efficient tracking service and realistic ETAs, invaluable during the Christmas period.
