Easy to use, was picked up from my work however a message from the driver to say when he was coming would have been good. However not a problem this time.
Will use again and have already suggested to other sellers on Facebook.

An excellent easy to use international service provided an appropriate delivery for my large parcels to Spain. The price offered good value and pick up and delivery was efficient and timely with effective and accurate tracking provided from home to destination. I shall be using Parcel Monkey again and can recommend DPD and SEUR as carriers. Well done!

I always use Parcel Monkey to get the best price, I had a parcel delivered to Hungary from the UK which arrived in four days
The courier was Parcel Force and was a very reasonable price.

All went well with my parcel sent to Spain until I received an email confirming it had been delivered/signed for by the recipient. Only to check and she hadnt received it or signed anything. Sent a query to be given a copy of the delivery sheet to find it had been delivered somewhere else, and no card left at the delivery address. Managed to sort it out, but I shouldnt have had to do that, so a star dropped.

Parcel monkey picked up my parcels on time, but refused to give me a receipt, which I need in order to be reimbursed for the amount it cost. The driver said a receipt would be sent via e-mail, that was well over a week ago and I am still waiting. I have tried to get in touch with them to no avail. Now I have no proof that they even picked the parcel up! Plus I have also lost my p&p cost. I will never use this carrier again. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Great service so far,although package was damaged by carrier this was nothing to do with P.M.
P.Ms comms are excellent...not overly fussed about outcome as the missing parts have already been replaced by me and recipient... P.M have taken it up with DHL...so await outcome..

Best postal service by far. Used Parcel Monkey for years and always a great service as well as economical. Always use Parcel Monkey to send our luggage to our holiday destination to save hassle at the airport. Way cheaper than add bags to flight.

I use Parcel Monkey because its quick and easy for a regular delivery I make. Beware though of a couple of points; firstly, if the courier fails to collect or deliver in time for a paid 24hr delivery, youll be in a tennis game! Courier will point to their small print, saying we dont actually GUARANTEE delivery in 24 hrs, speak to Parcel Monkey for a refund, then PM say, read our small print, you need to speak to the courier! I simply dont buy 24 hr delivery these days. I actually find Parcelfarce or DHL are best for that by the way.
As I say, as an easy solution go getting a cheap job, PM is fine, but dont expect anything else!

Delivery was quicker than expected and the delivery driver was very polite, helpful and pleasant. He brought the very heavy box into the house for me. I loved that we had a one hour time slot for arrival and that within one minute of the beginning of that hour he was at the door. Amazing service.

Really bad service - said they would pick up but did not had to go and deliver to the shops. When calling no one answers and when messaging the handler does not want to help. Stay away.

The courier lost my parcel, I have been calling them and they kept telling me that they would call me back, but they did not, I had to call them first. Then they seemed to be fed up with my calls and told me that they cannot find my parcel, they think the driver did not put the label on my parcel or they think the driver put the wrong label and delivered it at the wrong address. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me and asked me to fill a claim form. I am frustrated.
