Best way I know to send parcels internationally. They find the best price for your weight and size of parcel from range of services. Printed labels etc at home and took to local PO, can arrange collection or additional insurance for a little more.

Sent parcel via parcel monkey. Weight 3.3kg. Courier states that width and length were correctly stated but higher was1cm short (I disputed this). Courier then decided that due to the extra 1cm in height then correct weight would be 6kg!!!! Parcel monkey have sided with courier and charged extra postage fee. Parcel monkey state that unless I had photographic evidence of parcel (with label) on scales and next to tape measure then it was the end of the matter. My customer has weighed the item sent and states it weighs 3.06kg. Just remember folks...take pictures of all your parcels being weighed and measured or you will be treated as a liar. Customer service at its best....not. I fully expect this feedback to be deleted so will copy and paste it across the internet.

We needed to ship items to family in America for Christmas, but due to weight and parcel dimensions this meant that it was potentially going to cost us loads to do so.
We stumbled across Parcel Monkey online and purchased the relevant Parcel Force product to suit our needs, which was a fraction of the cost of purchasing direct from Parcel Force or the Post Office!
Printed the label, stuck it to the box and dropped the parcel off at our local Post Office without issue. Three days later all delivered as hoped for. Brilliant service and would definitely use them again, or recommend to anyone needing to save on shipping costs.

After refusing my claim for a lost consignment, they eventually (3 months later) paid my claim in full, but ONLY after me making a claim through the courts!!! I assume this is a tactic that this disgraceful company employs to reduce the quantity of claims they pay, hoping people don’t have the time, money or knowledge to pursue them. Take away message to anyone who feels that they have a fair and just claim with this company - register your claim online with the courts and let them deal with them. Good luck!

Still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Online tracking shows attempts made by courier, when infact no one came and there were 2 people there waiting for the delivery. Numerous requests to parcel monkey for either to have the parcel at a collection point or provide the correct courier reference number in ES so that I can sort it myself and nothing, they blank online chats on say theyll let the courier know but nothing.

Was very pleased with charges about parcel in France did not arrive before my Daughter left to go on Holliday so parcel is still depo and my daughter does not return for over a week so am worried she may not get it regards John

Simply one of the worst experiences Ive had with a delivery company/ service provider. 2 consecutive days of no-shows from DPD for a package collection. Absolutely no assistance from Parcel Monkey except for a repetitive bot. And furthermore, no available tracking number that will allow access to DPD customer care team. All in all, the most frustrating and time-wasting of "providers". My guess is that the carrier companies do not provide Parcel Monkeys orders - and in turn Parcel Monkey have no way of providing any greater service to their customers, than a simple suggestion of rescheduling. Which simply means sitting and waiting for yet another 8am - 6 pm potential no show with zero communication. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dreadful. Parcel waiting 10 days to be collected. Still waiting collection. Keep being told sorry and rebooked for tomorrow but again not collected. Will never use again. Have recommended many times but now that’s it. My business will go else where. Awful!!! Very frustrated, now the weekend so have to wait until Monday again!!!!

I knew that with how much I was paying it was cheap... But cheap comes at a price! Twice I book in a service (in one week because Parcel Monkey doesnt sort out their mess ups quick enough!) and twice nobody comes. Go direct to the shipper because at least you have someone to talk to!

Blooming awful, could not find the delivery address, other couriers no problem. Then wanted to charge me to return the parcel. Worst service ever ! Someone needs to be shot !

Waited in for two days for dpd courier to collect a parcel going to HKG. Computer generated replies from alleged people! No apology/explanation about delay from either dpd or ParcelMonkey, Cancelled order and sent it next day with Parcelforce no hassle and very straightforward. Already arrived Now waiting for refund, another computer generated reply... customer service non existent. To date it has cost me £70..I’m a pensioner....

Absolutely diabolical service. DO NOT use them at all. Unless you want to throw money away, lose your parcel and fight every day with their awful chat to try and get your money back. I paid good money to ship a parcel with DPD, they lost it, I spoke to DPD and they assured me it was Parcel Monkey who were not completing the claim for a refund. So I have refunded my purchaser and paid the delivery so I am out of pocket massively. Unbelievably bad service, they should be closed down

The worst service ever. They lost my cricket bag and I havent been compensated for it at all. There reason as I took to long to write my claim. Pay the extra money and use a trusted service. Do not use this Parcel Monkey. What makes it worse is I have sent a letter off like I was instructed by on their workers and they havent responded to me. The people on the live chat speak in broken English and arent any help at all when it comes to lost parcels. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

A very useful and fairly straight forward way of getting a parcel delivered. You just have to get your parcel information correct otherwise you get quite harsh penalties from the parcel company.
