Booked 48 hour parcelforce service and they delivered in 96 hours. Complained and they said I had agreed to that!!! Ha! Won’t be using again! Don’t deliver what they advertise.

I booked a collection to be collected from my home, they did not specify what time they will come, had to work from home all day waiting, they did not show up, yet they updated the system with "customer not home", though I was there all time. Called and rescheduled for Monday (they dont collect on the weekend), also worked from home and waited all day, they did not come, and I called they said they cannot track what happened and now they reschedule it for collection on Friday due to Xmas and boxing day, so if it happens this time it will be 9 days after the intended collection day. Horrible experience.

I’ve been using parcel monkey for a number of years now as I have to send Xmas presents from my home in the south to my sister in Scotland. She recommended them to me and I’ve never had any issues or problems with the service which is easy and efficient and extremely good value. The fact I trust them year-on-year to deliver special gifts says a lot about how I feel about the service, which has always been excellent. Would recommend.

Very unhappy with the charge process. I gave my parcels dimensions and weight (8kg) correctly. Only when the parcel was delivered they informed me that, even go my parcel weight was 8kg, the volumetric weight of the parcel was 30.70kg, so they were charging my card. They should inform you of this VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT far in advance.

We paid for next day delivery the parcel was collected 1 day late and then not delivered for 3 DAYS the goods nearly missed the event and our customers were really stressed out and annoyed which meant we have to refund them! NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!

My parcel did not arrive yesterday and I can’t contact courier as it’s all in Spanish to find out what is happening and I have no idea what’s happened to my parcel. There is no option to translate into English poor service

Have used parcel monkey a few times now to ship items from UK to France and each time the service has been excellent - from price to delivery times to status updates. I have never had any issues what so ever.

Great value for money. Parcel always collected (from my place of work) when Im told it will be. Just had a parcel delivered to my daughter in the French Alps from the UK...delivered in 3 days!! Amazing service especially as very close to Christmas and very very cheap too! Keep up the great work and Merry Christmas to you all ????☃️

Very poor service. Parcel still not delivered. Customer service is woeful. No phone number so you have to email - quick and meaningless response or use the Chatline which took 45minutes for anyone to respond and still gave a meaningless response "its out for delivery thats all we can say......" I dont think Parcel Monkey have any control over the couriers they use and are unable to offer any level of customer assistance when things go wrong. I wouldnt recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone - I wish I had gone straight to a courier like Parcelforce or Hermes, at least you can talk directly when things go wrong

Website very easy to navigate And a good arrange of prices. I selected 24hr delivery by Royal Mail but it was a day late - not really Parcel Monkey’s fault.

Good price. Tends to take 5 days rather than 3-4 but not bad UK to USA. It would be good to get message when its delivered rather than having to keep tracking.
