Easy too use but I suppose not your fault but I have marked down by one star. Don’t use parcel force as nothing arrives on time scale given. 48hr is now 5 days and STILL NOT DELIVERED

Very bad service and would not recommend to anyone. I purchased a service from Parcel Monkey, DPD parcel delivery from U.K. to Srilanka to be (delivered within 3-4 working days) order placed last Wednesday to be collected from my home on Friday. Waited the whole day for the collection, nobody came. No notifications or email/text/call. After, I contacted my local DPD customer service and they gave me the lamest excuse. (Driver couldn’t find my address) out of all the delivery companies in history, my address is the only address in U.K. that they cannot find. Because I want my documents to be delivered quickly to my parents in Srilanka I ended up driving my self into the local DPD depot and hand deliver it to them to post. (Although I have already paid for this service to be collected from my house) My parents received these documents just yesterday. Which took 8 days in total. If you calculate working days, still it’s more than 5 working days. I am very disappointed with this service. If I posted through Royal Mail normal post cheaper, they would have received this documents by now. The reason to choose DPD by spending a premium, is to get my documents through to my parents quickly. Will not recommend Parcel Monkey or DPD.
