Found this to be an extremely useful service. Parcel Monkey found the quickest and cheapest Parcel carrier within minutes of looking with next day pickup from my home. If I had one small comment, I didn’t have any confirmation from the chosen carrier or when they were picking the parcel up. However, it was collected around 10pm so no worries at all. Good service will use again.

Using parcel monkey for almost 10 years now. Over this time we had a few issues with items getting damaged. In all cases parcel monkey kept their end and got us compensated for the loses (providing that you have a insurance included in shipping)
Their website is easy to use. Overall good quality service, keep it up the good work.

Charged me £50 extra and lied about the size of my parcel I even got the recipient to measure it and it was inside the size of the terms and conditions. Watch this company as they scam you out of money

I run a non-profit, and organised 2 parcels of urgent supplies to go to our team based out in China. I paid for their 3-4 day service, at a much higher price, which they confirmed was possible. After 2 weeks the parcels still havent arrived. Despite 5 other parcels sent with other providers all arriving fine, even though they were posted a week after these 2 parcels were sent out!! They have zero customer service, for 2 weeks I have received we will let you know when we have more information time and time again. They do not have any accountability. They have told me the reason for the delay is an Act of God so they cannot be held accountable... come on...!! When all other providers are able to, there is really no excuse to not be able to! There is no service line to call, there is literally nothing you can do if it goes south. They offer tracking but it is absolutely rendered pointless when your parcel is being held in one place without any sign or communication of it getting released! Extremely Extremely Disappointing! I really advise 100% against using their service. I was tempted to post on our organisations international page, but at the end of the day, that doesnt get the parcels back... I just hope someone reads this and doesnt make the same mistake.
