I had a problem with the delivery of the parcel. Thank goodness I did my delivery via Parcelmonkey who were very helpful trying to deal with an Australisn delivery company. I dont think I would have had the same response if I had dealt direct with the UK courier company. Very good service from their support team.

Parcel Monkey are great no problems. Had delivery issues with Parcelforce though, always arrived but 24 hours takes 48 and 48 hr takes 3 or 4 days in my experience. DHL, DPD and DX have always been on time.

sent a parcel in Nov 2019, the courier lost the attached paper work they then asked me to re-submit which I did they then lost then parcel until feb 17 2020 I now have to pay £12 to return the parcel from Southampton they failed to deliver Parcel Monkies ... more like Parcel Cowboys stay clear

My parcel was returned to my house due to there being an item that could not internationally ship. The package returned to me with the majority of items missing, and ripped Chistmas wrapping on the remaining items! Clearly people at the depot had seen a returned parcel and decided to take what they wanted from it as a Christmas bonus. Terrible customer service, no compensation, and takes >24hrs to respond to every message. Never will use again - shocking experience

very good for local deleveries, internation deleveries are a bit of mess. I had to pay more than the original price of the parcel at the end. Never had that issue with Royal mail.

Parcel monkey has been a god send. The delivery companies on the other hand can be a pain in the a-hole. Trust parcel monkey but dont blame them if your parcel is delayed and always check the service options before selecting.

DPD were my couriers, and as usual they were excellent from start to finish. A very poliste and pleasant young man loaded my crates and boxes onto the van on the Monday lunchtime and they werre delivered safely on Wednesday morning to thir final destination in the South of France. I was updated all the way. You cant beat that for service. Much quicker than Royal Mails internal post!

My experience with Parcel Monkey has been positive overall, the only thing I would say is that it usually takes a couple of days longer than stated for parcels to reach their destination - this does not matter to me much though. Parcels so far always arrived safely, and thats the most important point!

The service was even worse than bad, The parcel that was promised to to be delivered in 3-5 days took 10 and was broken into pieces, I paid £19 to have a present ruined.

CAUTION!!!! This Company will rip you off!! THIS IS HOW THE SCAM WORKS -BE WARNED!!! When you make booking you have to tick a box agreeing to any extra charges that are levied!! This is the same as giving someone you do not know or trust, complete and free access to your credit card!! And believe me they WILL use it!! Once your package has been picked, and probably just after you have had it delivered, you get an email telling you that their “Laser” measured your package and found it was bigger than you declared, and that they are having to deduct a further 45 Pounds from your card!!! You cannot stop them!! And because you KNOW that you measured and weighed the case correctly before you sent it, you now know you have been ripped off, and if you trawl through previous reviews you will find how often this scam is used!! DO NOT USE THEM!! It is useless trying to get a refund because they will string you along saying they are still looking into it. We used them before, but after being ripped of with this scam, will NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN! Please check out previous bad reviews to see how often this happens!
