Parcel monkey have good service but there should be awarness of precise timing for parcel collection. So the customer can do something else rather than awaiting for parcel collection from 9am to 5pm. The delivery of parcel must be done within 2-3 days which it says but it doesnt deliver within the time. The service should be improved more. Thanks.

The customer service is not great. Waiting for more than 10 min to be connected to an online agent and for another 5 min for the reply of my query. When I finally got the reply which did not solve my problem, I have found the customer service phone no of Courier. Unlike other parcel booking website, I could not choose the time slot for the driver to pick up my parcel. I will not use Parcel Monkey UK again.

Im sure its great...when it works but as a first time user , my collection failed , when i enquired if they could rearrange , they ofcourse advised they couldnt guarantee a time. I cancelled and amusingly was sent 3 messages saying my collection was reschduled for that day...at 3 different times!

Have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions and never had a problem however this time Parcel Force failed to collect my parcel and didn’t reschedule it but the man online at Parcel Monkey sorted it out and parcel was collected as he had arranged.

Appallingly customer service. Sent a parcel on 4/12/19 undelivered on a 3-5 insured delivery. Contacted them in January requesting an insurance claim. No response, no refund of postal charges, no insurance payout. I paid for a fully insured package. No one could even be bothered to respond. Sent them copies of receipts, photos, drop off slips. Zero. Absolute charlatans. Don’t use them, it’s not a saving but a very quick way of bankrupting your business.

If you don’t want to go through very bad customer service, high incompetence, non-challant attitudes, unaccountability and delays plus fraudulent additional charges afterwards, please DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!!!! They are the actual worse! I read bad reviews and didn’t believe because their prices seemed fair but trust me YOU WILL REGRET it! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Awful, Sent two separate parcels using parcel monkey and Hermes, Parcel Monkey have advised that Hermes have lost both parcels , Parcel monkey promised a resolution but after chasing nobody has bothered to resolve my items going missing - my advice is to not use parcel monkey as in my experience it’s been nothing but poor.

I used Parcel monkey, the actual selection and payment was seamless. However. When comparing services for an express next day delivery to be picked up on a Friday, with the plan for it to be delivered on the Saturday, it was not made clear at all that my chosen service didnt deliver on weekends. It would have been faster, easier and massively cheaper just to use Royal Mail.
