Had two paintings to post from Scotland to Houston.Parcelmonkey price by Parcelforce was half the Parcelforce direct price.Dropped off at PO Saturday,delivered Houston following Friday.Great Service.What more can I say.

Ive used Parcel Monkey a few times and its a decent service. Unfortunately this time the address I added in correctly to the online form did not print out correctly on the postage label and I missed the error. Fortunately Japanese post workers like all Japanese are diligent and phoned the number printed on the label to ask the receiver where she lived. Check the label very careful before posting Parcel Monkey can get it wrong.

Sent two parcels to Germany. One was delivered, the other showed delivered at first (it was never delivered), the next day tracking shows a delay. Opened up a query with Parcel Monkey and two weeks on, I still dont have the issue resolved. And now, I dont even get a reply to my questions of progress made of the investigation into the missing parcel. If it goes well Parcel Monkey is good, but once problems occur, there is no actual support other than to say that the query was raised with the carrier. In future I will not be using Parcel Monkey again and will ship directly with a carrier. Avoiding unnecessary hassle.

Regularly send 20+Kg parcels to the Netherlands for my son. Sent about 15 now with no issues. Great to be able to track from doorstep to doorstep. Recommend regularly.

I have used Parcel Monkey on many occasions, including getting additional personal items back from the USA. Not only are they the least expensive means of transporting goods I have found they have never broken anything when it has been shipped.

My charity paid for next day delivery before 9am and the parcel was not delivered by 9am. Parcel Force then attempted to deliver the following days when the recipient was out and eventually took the parcel to a depot which was an inconvenient location for the recipient to collect the parcel from. No communication from Parcel Monkey or Parcel Force and no apology, compensation, refund or adequate attempt to resolve the issue. When we asked for the parcel to be returned to us we were asked to pay for this service! We will not be using parcel monkey again. They are a scam and have zero customer service.
