Dont waste your time money or effort. Failed collections, poor communication from the courier and also the Assistant at Parcel Monkey - Guaranteed next day delivery yet cant even collect to guarantee the delivery - DX as a subcontractor are also poor, failed to collect - upon contacting couldnt care less - wont be using either again! A booking made 4pm Wednesday 12th Confirmation received - The service you have booked is DX Freight Next Day. Your parcel is due for collection by DX Freight on Thursday 13th February 2020 8:57am thursday the 13th - a call to be told cant collect until the 14th.

I would not even give them one star if I could avoid it! What a **** service - booked next day collection with Courier for Monday - No collection Monday, no collection Tuesday and no collection today! So really poor but what is so frustrating is the attitude of the support staff. you have to chat with them on line and quite frankly they couldnt give a toss! They dont seem to realise that the contract is with them - they just say they are a price comparison website! Dont they understand basic contract law? NEVER use this service as they will just fob you off! Right now I need to see if they can even organise a refund!

Delivery time was good. Great updates on delivery progress via tracking facility. Only 1 attempt at delivery before leaving at base for customer collection. Client states no card was ever left with information that a delivery had been attempted or where to go to collect the parcel. As an international delivery it took several calls to discover where the item was being held for collection.

Parcel Monkey were a touch cheaper than if I had used the carrier direct. Collected on time. I presume the parcel arrived at the destination as I have not heard otherwise. I would try them again should the need arise.
