Great fast service which delivered my parcel in good condition to NZ in under a week. Only issue we had was we don’t have a printer and were told to print the customers form. So we then had to go to a printing shop and spend extra money to get the documents printed only to be told that they weren’t necessary when the driver arrived for pick up.

You dont deliver item on time like you should always sometimes it takes a week before you end up delivering the item especially somebody that ships a lot I had a lot of my item damaged when it gets there and your management team will hear from me soon

I will never as long as I live use these useless Parcel monkey business . After nearly a month trying to find out where my parcel is and why it was NOT delivered is basically impossible. The customer service is beyond bad, it’s useless and non existent. You cannot phone then as they have no phone number . What a Shambolic mess, all you keep saying is you are looking into it . I would not trust you to deliver anything, my fault for trusting your website . You should not be allowed to trade without a contact phone number - I shall be alerting trading standards of this to see if that can be changed . It’s disgraceful my fiancé has still not received her Christmas gifts, when the service was 3-5 days . EK620145915GB
