Very efficient , would use again

Since discovering parcel monkey it has revolutionised the way I post parcels. My son and his family live in the Netherlands and its been brilliant. I can post parcels full of goodies for my grandchildren and to see videos of their delight is priceless. I just fill the box, with whatever ensuring items that are prohibited, measure and weigh box then go to parcel monkey with the information. Then print of label and take it to wherever directed. The service is fast and painless. Thank you parecl monkey

Great value for money just hope it will be this straight forward after we leave the EU love the tracking system and now it looks like there not throwing the parcel around which is great and it seems its getting to the destination quicker. Just wish the customer service would be better if you need to contact them.

I have paid for the express 2-3 days delivery service. Today its been 12 days to be precise and my parcel still NOT been delivered. Its ridiculous that you guys are not serious in what you doing or promise. Seriously very Useless service. Ran out of words as Im very upset at the moment. The tracking still says that it will still take at least 36 hrs to be delivered. Pathetic

I have used parcel monkey on a couple of occasions now to send parcels to the USA the service has been quick and easy to use and all at a good price.

parcel was not delivered within claimed day and no trace of the parcel either, i inquired many times and got the same answer to be patience that they are looking into it til day. poor customer service even on their live chat, you wait for so long to get a reply. BIG REGRET STAY AWAY

Absolutely shocking customer service, have tried for months to try and get them to contact dpd to resolve an issue with why my parcel wasn’t delivered. Still awaiting my refund!

My parcel has not been delivered yet. I paid for a three day delivery,its now 8 days and DPD are telling me it will be delivered on Friday that is 10 days.Our contract was for a 3 day delivery. Very dissatisfied they were very much needed documents.
