Dreadful.parcel still languishing in their depot in Hampshire. No reply to emails. It looks like I have to resort to county court to reclaim my loss

I shipped large boxes from England to Italy and they arrived quickly/safely so I have no complaints! The courier was DPD but Parcel Monkey made everything easier. I moved countries a lot and its no easy feat, I strongly advise using an intermediary like Parcel Monkey, dealing directly with couriers is unreliable.

The process was mostly quick. However the tracking number did not work nor has the tracking information on the web portal been updated and is still showing as no tracking events available, this is one week after the parcel was to be delivered.

Parcel Monkey whenever is in need for money it will send you an extra fee on top of what yove already pay saying your parcel was much heavier tha declared,in my case from 1.5 kg to no less than 7kg!! in a cardboard parcel measuring 70/60/4cm.The content was a canvas painting! You know it was a dishonest move because they only tell you after the parcel was already delivered abroad and is nothing you can do about it.Im from Eastern Europe ,they say we are dishonest people ,the truth is nobody is trying to scam you in so many ways like in U.K.At least not at the company level.
