I posted an item. It never arrived. I contacted Parcelmonkey who contacted the courier. I then received a reply saying that the courier could not find the parcel despite looking everywhere. Parcelmonkey told me not to worry that even though it was the couriers fault I should open a claim with them and they would process. I did this and I also sent a message saying that the item I sent was to an Ebay buyer and that I was now refunding them. I asked that if the parcel turned up that it be returned to me. I then filed a claim as per then instructions. Then I had to chase about 3/4 days later as hadnt heard anything. Then a couple of days later I get a message saying that the parcel had since been delivered and so my claim could not be processed. I checked with the Ebay buyer who provided me proof from CCTV that the item had not been delivered. I messaged Parcelmonkey to say that it hadnt been delivered. Three messages later and I have received zero response. I opened up live chat who confirmed that the tracking information information seemed wrong as it hadnt been updated for 2 weeks and then was suddenly marked as delivered. The live chat said they would message the claims team - I have heard nothing! This was a £200+ item and I will not let this rest - I expect an answer!

Easy to use site and using the collection service with DHL not had any issues so far. Used 3 times and even during the lockdown everything has been collected and delivered with 48hrs or less.

Don’t even deserve one star I sent a parcel 6 weeks ago parcel hasn’t been delivered and there is no one in this company you can talk to I am getting 6 different people replying with different answers there is no phone number you can call, you can’t send email just sit and wait. 6 weeks of stress dealing with this company, never again. I just want my parcel back.

Wasnt best pleased, as courier i had chose did not turn up when they were supposed to, The courier company asked me to return to Parcel Monkey. When i enquired as to what had happened and that a large embarrassment between my client and i had now come up - no apology was offered, no reason given, quite unprofessional. Yes i know these are difficult times, however the online transaction chat could have been handled with more care and professionalism

Did not collect on date given and no notice given for new collection date. I rang Tuffnells next morning and was told collection would be that day.

My parcel was picked up from Wellington NZ Monday afternoon and was delivered to my family in the UK on Wednesday morning (UK time) I was so impressed that it arrived this quickly and for such a reasonable price too! To send via NZ post with no guaranteed time, so within 21 days, would have been double the price. Everything inside was intact and the parcel undamaged. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again in the hope that this excellent service can be repeated.

When the parcel got to the reciever it was broke . The parcel was wrapped really well so there was no way it could have done that . It must have been thrown about or roughly handled . I will not use your service again

Excellent service. Easy to use website with good price comparisons. Parcel picked up from home which is currently a bonus. Easy tracking. Parcel delivered outside original time frame but was being delivered to Europe so had to contend with their current delivery timescales. Will definitely use again.

I was happy to use this company all went well until I get an email to print delivery note This is the one thing that gets my back up why do companies presume everyone has a printer Well I dont So had to go around to find some one with a printer I will go post office next time no need for a printer

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to organise sending my parcel via your website.
I was particularly worried about the bar code as I had had problems with my printer as well as being the first time I had sent a parcel via the internet.
