All good. I wanted to send a parcel to Germany. Looked at Parcel Monkey on the Tuesday, selected Royal Mail International, dropped off at post office on the Wednesday and it was delivered in Germany on the Friday (despite Covid19).

Arranged shipping from Finland to the UK. Very simple, very easy and delivered quickly - picked up Friday, delivered Monday.
Maybe not the cheapest in the world but insured, tracked and signed for gives you confidence.

Monkey Parcel subcontracted my order. The subcontractor lost 2 out of 3 items. Costumer Service has been very unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite the confirmation that the items were lost by the subcontractor, Monkey Parcel refused any liability. Issue still pending but their attitude stinks! Horrendous service!

The depot in Stockholm which makes the final delivery will only give a delivery window of 07-17 (working hours) if you want to drive to the depot yourself to pick up instead the depot also closes at 17.00. How can anyone with a full time job accept delivery unless you are lucky enough to work from home?

Delivery amazingly quick. However, the delivery guy in Germany left my parcels in front of the house and then forged my parents signature. Luckily no one stole my parcels.

I chose the cheapeest option which was Parcelforce 24 and therefore the quickest as well. I was unable to find a comparable rate on the Parcelforce wevsite.
The patcels arrived on time - but hads been delayed by a bank holiday weekend.

The arrangements to collect the parcel were prompt and straightforward, we were informed of collection time and could track the parcel to the delivery point and all for a very reasonable charge.
