During COVID 19 my parcel from N.Ireland has been delivered in 4 days to Germany!! That was guick and I could track my parcel as all details has been updated.

My friend sent my personal belongings from UK to Turkey. Everything was smooth. We prepared our packages according to parcelmonkeys directions, limitations etc, so had no problem. If everything goes well at the customs, you are getting your boxes within a week I can say. Thats very good for an international shipment I believe.

Parcel collected on Monday at 10am in outskirts of Bristol. Arrived in Niort, France on the Wednesday at 06.35.We are approximately 40 minutes away from depot. Still waiting for delivery. Friday was VE day and Bank holiday in France. Chronopost do not work on Saturday or Sunday. Have to wait until Monday to see if it arrives. Chronopost have a stuoid electronic "live chat" and cannot get anything else but "its well in its way to you". Phone number ni better as it doesnot recignise oarcel number!!!! This was supposedly a two day service !!!

It was a very disappointing service I had paid for signature on pick up and signature when delivered premium prices for my masters final assignment that was going on a twenty mile trip. Id paid for next day delivery a week later my professor still had not received it. I had to go back on to site and try and find out where it was - it was found and delivered 8days from collection. I would have appreciated a reimbursement of what I had paid given that it wasnt actually achieved but the company made no contact or apology or explanation.

Parcel from UK to Sweden. Great service for rates and posing process, however the tracking ability ends when the parcel arrives with Swedish agent. At that point you have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. Most often it is left in a parcel shop for collection with no notification. This stage of the process needs to be better. Up until coronavirus parcels went direct from UK to Sweden and were Tracked through PostNord right through all stages until parcel delivered to recipient - which was great - now they go UK to Denmark to Sweden and the tracking is poor.

My parcel has gone missing. I returned a pair of boots to SportsDirect. The parcel was collected, but not delivered. Tracking number doesnt work. Not impressed.

Excellent service.
A 13kg parcel from UK to Spain in 3 days, during CV19 lockdown, with full track and trace, is well beyond what I was expecting.
