AWFUL. My item was broken in transit but apparently their insurance doesnt cover reimbursement of the postage costs, just the damaged item. Not in the t & c but they wont respond to emails or messages about it. So awful in every way.

Never really know if its on the uninsurable items list. Im sure it would be if you need to make a claim!

The instructions were clear.

The parcel was collected from my home on time.
The parcel arrived in Malaysia after 10 days which is acceptable for Malaysia during the pandemic.

I dropped my parcel at the post office on a Thursday afternoon and it arrived at it’s destination USA the following Tuesday morning. Excellent service.

Easy to use service at a good price.
I ended up choosing Parcelforce from the list of options and just dropped the parcel off at my local Post Office. There were collection options available, but it was convenient for me to drop it off. The cost seemed much lower than paying at the post office, which I normally do. All in all, very easy to book and pay and parcel was delivered to Germany 2 days later. Perfect.

I would not recommend the service. If you insure your parcel they will not honor the insurance and will simply not respond to you. On another occasion the carrier simply did not turn up to pick up the parcel. There are lots of other companies, whose service is way better, dont go for cheap, its not worth it. I lost money with them. Twice.
