Parcel Monkey misrepresent their delivery times ie quote 7-10 days for a small parcel, then when you track it you will see a delivery date that is 21 days or more. If you pay monkeys you get peanuts or in this case late deliveries.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced, The parcel took a week to arrive for overnight delivery then when I contacted customer services about a refund they quoted their T and C to me, of which said I qualified for a refund but once Id make this clear they stopped responding. My only advice is go somewhere else

Parcel Monkey quote on their website that a DPD shipment to China takes 4-7 days when in fact it takes 22 days! they know of the extended delivery times but choose not to change their website to give customers the option to make an assessment of the delivery service to use with all the information and then they just ignore the fact that their website misrepresents the facts! Shame on you!!

Parcel Monkey prices are great... until you need to insure your package. I am not sure if that is the fault of Parcel Monkey, or the courier companies they act on behalf of. You then you find out that a large number of items are excluded from cover. Despite this, they are still happy to take your money, even after you have stipulated what you are sending (camera, laptop, etc.). In other words, you may pay an additional £40 for an item that will not be covered. You should always check their extensive list of "no compensation" items. A better option is the Post Office. Example, send a 3rd generation iPad insured for £1000. Parcel Monkey have couriers charging in excess of £50 (even though it is a "no compensation" item if damaged). The Post Office charges £27.60 with insurance up to £1000. They even deliver by 1 p.m. the following day. I think that until third parties such as Parcel Monkey, Parcel2Go, etc, as well as the couriers stop fleecing us, then naming and shaming, and going elsewhere will be the order of the day until they try and meet us in the middle somewhere.

Have used Parcel Monkey for the past year. has always been easy and straightforward. there was one issue when my printer broke and they were so brilliant with helping sort everything, quickly and efficiently. I just couldnt rate this company any higher if I tried. all round just brilliant.

Parcel collected a week ago from UK to Germany on International Priority with Parcel Force. Still not delivered! Apparently sent to wrong depot and then sent to sorting office and who knows when it will move again. Customer who ordered parcel and wanted it for the weekend very disappointed as am I.

I used the site to view the various courier quotes supplied to arrange for a parcel to be picked up at home address and delivered, choosing a next day delivery option. The parcel was picked up delivered as planned, and on time, and I was kept advised by text/email at all stages. Very pleased with the whole process and would certainly use Parcel Monkey UK again.

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY. I waited for three solid days for them to another courier. They simply never showed up, day after day. There is no contact phone number only Live Chat. You cannot contact the courier themselves because although they give you the name of the company they cannot be contacted either. After three days I had to contact a proper courier direct which was a lot more expensive but at least they turned up. On the fourth day Parcel Monkey turned up - confused and disorganised. There is no complaints procedure. I suggest that even if you are tempted by the low prices look for this first. Eventually I sent a letter - even Royal Mail postcode/ address finder had problems finding the address. Just an awful company.
