Amazing service, got two quite heavy parcels picked up at my door (by Parcelforce with fantastic customer service) and delivered to London and Republic of Ireland for just slightly more than a trip to the post office. Both arrived much more quickly than they would have if posted in our local PO too. Very happy.

The pick up was as quoted, but the the delivery was a day late, I wouldn’t have minded, if I had the option to chosen this in the first place. So the the quote cost and time frame was not quite right.

I really advise anybody to avoid using Courier. They appear to be cheapest, but cannot be relied upon! I booked a "Next day delivery" on Tuesday. The parcel was collected on Thursday and deliveredvto a business address on Saturday when they were closed! Totally unacceptable, even in the current climate.

Arranged a collection delivery for an item sold on eBay. The item sold on eBay on a Thursday, as it was bank holiday weekend the courier couldn’t pick up till Monday, they ended up picking up the parcel on Wednesday, I paid for 24 hour delivery service, but the item got to the customer 2 days later which I wasn’t happy about and neither was the customer. I contacted customer support and they didn’t have an answer as to why this happened and didn’t offer any compensation or anything.

I paid for next day delivery, it arrived 3 days late with no communication. I insured the item as it was very expensive and when it did arrive, the packaging was black like something oily had been left on top of it. Item was bent to the point where screws were buckled so it must have been treated with no care whatsoever. 2 days ago I vented my anger and wanted claim forms t make a claim but still heard nothing. Can see this one ending up in court.
