Great easy to use service thanks

Very disappointing when two attempts to pick up my item (with DX through Parcel Monkey) were unsuccessful despite a person staying at home two days in a row waiting for the courier. The courier doesnt show up and doesnt call. Every attempt to contact DX was in vain since they direct to Parcel Monkey. Order number is PM8181703, DX tracking number is 1235296914 I want my money back as I had to arrange a different courier company at the end.

Service worked well.
List of prohibited items very long, and included a lot of unexpected items.
Worth checking carefully before sending.
Small point was that the bar code labels would only print at full A4 size which meant they were a bit large for parcels unless they are square and flat!

Absolutely disgusting company. Do not trust they promised me in these troubling times that an important parcel would get through. And as usual a third party joke of a company has let you down. They have asked me to rate them well I rate them rubbish or con men or rip off merchants. If you use them you are a fool. They have no care after you have paid them. DO NOT TRUST

Please do not use this company to send your parcel. I had arranged two deliveries using parcel monkey and the courier had mixed up the labels(It was bring your Label service), delivered the items to wrong address. Customer service is not great it has been 19 days without any resolution.

Experienced some delays in delivery, so express24 parcel has been delivered only 48h after. I fully understand that current pandemic dramatically alters the service, however it was very disappointing that there were no notifications at all, even one single email telling “sorry, we have got some problems, your parcel will be delivered next day”. Just the fact - your parcel is somewhere in between the depots. I would appreciate getting more notifications in the future.

Parcel was picked up and delivered the next morning. Very fast and efficient service. I didnt need to print a label as Parcel Force done that for me .

I moved back to my country so I decided to send back ol my stuff with two parcels. After one month of not-answers they just sent back all my belongings to my old address, without helping me to sorting it out or explaining me why it happened. Im still trying to contact them but theyre just ignoring my messages. Total scam.

Awful, awful, awful. Avoid. Paid £55 to have a shower screen delivered. Their T&Cs state additional insurance does not cover glass so i didnt take it out. Courier did not deliver the item and it was "lost". How does a man in a transit lose a 50kg 2m glass screen? Parcel Monkey offering only £55 refund and i am £500 out of pocket. Response has been painfully slow and their method of communication is appalling. It is not possible, at all, to speak to a human on anything but via a messaging service. Seriously, use someone else.

Scammers, I sent a parcel which I oversized when calculating the cost to give me a buffer. The actual box size was 2kg at 34.5x34.5x13.5cm giving a volumetric weight of 2.6780625kg I told parcel monkey the size and wight was 35x35x14cm @ 2kg, giving it a volumetric weight of 3.40kg. So like I said I oversized the parcel and paid the price so there wouldnt be any issue, or so I thought! Parcel monkey said that "when weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier, they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 4.10kg". However parcel monkey didnt actually tell me what the size they confirmed with there "laser" machine just a new volumetric weight of 4.10kg!!! So in that case I had to pay more money! Oh and they didnt even deliver the parcel on time or to the door that I paid for in the first place. Will not use again!!!!

My son put me onto this website which is a gem. Isolated at home I had to get a playpen 250 miles away to my daughter. Booked DFS, collected Monday, delivered on Tuesday, amazing....all for about £8,00. Would highly recommend and will use in the future.
