Had a dpd parcel not collected so was instructed by them to rebook and seek a refund for the failed collection, do that all fine, request the refund and over 6 weeks later they finally offer a refund for less than what i paid them becuase they say there invoice is wrong, absolutely disgusting service, avoid like the plague.

Service all fine until it came to collection, was advised by email dhl would collect between 10.47 & 14.57 waited all day they eventually collected at 7pm!!

Lost package took money won’t respond to request for the package protection amount and gave fake tracking numbers and had us talking to different carriers that the company said the package was with but they never had it it’s been w months and parcel monkey has stopped responding .plus their chat on the company’s web site there the people the hire don’t have a clue very frustrated lost my refund from the company we were returning the dress to . Pay the extra bucks for company you can trusT .

My parcel was picked up on Tuesday and delivered in Normandy France two days later on Thursday! If I had personally taken the parcel and driven to Normandy I would have had difficulty in beating this amazing delivery time.
