Although the item is not covered in case of damage, it came cracked, albeit layered between solid reinforcement and shock absorber packaging, with clear fragile signs.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Parcels all booked, sent and delivered as expected, just a lot cheaper than going direct.
The site is very easy to navigate giving you a range of options depending on your parcel, then its simply a few clicks to book it all in, print the label and get it on its way.

I sent my daughter in Australia her 30th birthday present in early April. It was due to be delivered via DPD a week before her birthday but then the tracking system said it would only arrive today. I obviously have no issue with a slight delay, given the world circumstances, but today since no delivery had been made, I checked again online and it says that the parcel is being sent back to Parcel Monkey! Yet all the paperwork I sent was correct and none of the contents are banned (we used to live there so I am well acquainted with the rules and with sending parcels there). Parcel Monkey told me they made a technical glitch at the start. There is no reason why we should be inconvenienced nor that I should be made to pay for a fault in their system, nor that the parcel should be returned to me at my expense. I am still hoping that Parcel Monkey will be professional enough to sort this out while the parcel is in Australia so that my daughter can receive a little joy in her solitary lockdown.

Very disappointing when two attempts to pick up my item (with DX through Parcel Monkey) were unsuccessful despite a person staying at home two days in a row waiting for the courier. The courier doesnt show up and doesnt call. Every attempt to contact DX was in vain since they direct to Parcel Monkey. Order number is PM8181703, DX tracking number is 1235296914 I want my money back as I had to arrange a different courier company at the end.
