The depot in Stockholm which makes the final delivery will only give a delivery window of 07-17 (working hours) if you want to drive to the depot yourself to pick up instead the depot also closes at 17.00. How can anyone with a full time job accept delivery unless you are lucky enough to work from home?

Delivery amazingly quick. However, the delivery guy in Germany left my parcels in front of the house and then forged my parents signature. Luckily no one stole my parcels.

A very smooth experience. Promptly picked up on the scheduled date, and promptly delivered. I didnt have to print labels, but I chose to, and the option to do so gave me some reassurance.

I chose the cheapeest option which was Parcelforce 24 and therefore the quickest as well. I was unable to find a comparable rate on the Parcelforce wevsite.
The patcels arrived on time - but hads been delayed by a bank holiday weekend.

The arrangements to collect the parcel were prompt and straightforward, we were informed of collection time and could track the parcel to the delivery point and all for a very reasonable charge. We are not regular users of carriers or delivery services but we were very impressed with this operation.Highly recommended.

Impressed with the ease of use and will definitely use them again. But, I had booked a 48 hour service, easy to do and well organised, my parcel was picked up Tues evening about 5pm so expected a delivery by Thursday evening, it was delivered the following Monday!
So one minor glitch but overall easy to use !

Sent parcel 2 weeks ago using parcelmonkey with 48 hour express service. I am chasing for last one week and am not getting proper answers. Just that we are chasing with courier, come back after 24 hours, we will contact you soon etc.Really disappointed with customer service who dont care for customers. Most of times it goes well, thanks to courier. But when it goes wrong then only you can really understand the customer service and Parcelmonkey really fails in this.
