I am sure the good reviews here are a fair reflection of those times when everything goes well. My experience was that when a problem arose they simply walked away. There are very limited ways you can communicate with this company once a delivery has been made. No phone number and no live chat. My experience was that I paid for a parcel delivery via Parcelforce including full cost insurance. The item suffered damage during transit. Had I been communicating directly with Parcelforce, the problem would have been resolved easily. Unfortunately Parcelforce regarded Parcel Monkey as their customer, not me. Parcel Monkey showed very little interest in the problem and have not replied to my messages or even ask me for details of the damage. This has left me out of pocket and very frustrated. Parcel Monkey may be OK most of the time. They are not when problems occur. They offer very little in the way of value. Much better to deal with the courier service directly.

Really easy to use service which helps you find the cheapest option. Received a text message from the courier collecting the parcel on the morning of collection giving a time slot for collection which was great.. Would use again..

Booked in for collection on Monday ( parcelforce 24). Parcel never collected. Apparently driver tried too collect but no one home . Utter rubbish as I was in all day. The parcel was collected the following But didn’t arrive until Thursday . Not the service I paid extra for .

Great service on whole.. Picked up on time.. By a very polite man who respected my high risk state. Paid for 24 hour service.. But parcel delayed by 24 hours..

Very simple to book a collection and really good value. Driver arrived on time and no need to go to a post office which was a bonus. Great find. Will definitely use again.

Pick up of the item went well, booked for delivery and paid for Parcelforce 24. Item collected on Friday last week, was expecting the item to be delivered to final destination by the Saturday, but this did not happen until nearly lunchtime on the Monday. I realise there are specific changes due to coronavirus pandemic, but the website indicated the item sat in the depot waiting delivery for too long for the payment I made.

parcel was not collected at the time or even the day, or even the day after that that DHL had text me to say it would be, two days later. Whats the point in sending a text to say it will be picked up, when there is no chance that the driver can make it on that day.

IM STILL WAITING FOR COLLECTION WHICH WAS PROMISED TODAY. EVENTUALLY HAD TO CONTACT THEM ( MONICA ). NO APOLOGIZE, JUST REEBOK ANOTHER DAY. NO CONTACT NUMBER OF CURRIER, NO NAME WHO IS GOING TO ARRIVE. AND NO WARRANTY AT ALL ! MONEY PAID, SO HAVE TO WAIT. BUT I DO NOT ADVICE TO USE THEIR SERVICES. POOR !

Amazing service, got two quite heavy parcels picked up at my door (by Parcelforce with fantastic customer service) and delivered to London and Republic of Ireland for just slightly more than a trip to the post office. Both arrived much more quickly than they would have if posted in our local PO too. Very happy.
