Our local post office suggested Parcel Monkey due to the weight of the parcel.
I have to say its been brilliant from start to finish. Easy to set up, print labels, and hand in to our PO. Tracking has been spot on.

This is the 2nd time I have used parcel monkey and can’t praise enough. Their prices are very keen, the ease of their app is good, even for someone like me and everything ran like clockwork. Just what you want. I have sent 1 parcel to Spain and the other to France this time. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! The website indicates the various options, and the whole process is very easy. Ive used ParcelMonkey for a number of Christmas parcels sent both inland and abroad, and theyve always been very efficient.

You didnt do very well.... The tracking says it was left England for Germany and has said that since the 12th December, it is now the 22nd and that is 10 days so it must be coming on a rowing boat, Maybe you can try and find it for us ! Not Happy, Mr D Hutchings.

Four urgent packages booked well in advance for collection from my house on a next day service. Courier never arrived to collect, two days in and still nothing so I took the boxes to the carrier myself. I appreciate delays happen but Parcel Monkey are totally absolving themselves of any responsibility. No help to fix the courier pickup problem, No apology, no offer of a refund or credit note. Service works well when it works but it appears you’re on your own when it doesn’t.

My parcel was supposed to arrive 3-5 days after it was taken from my home and it hasn’t arrived yet. The tracking has also not updated in about 4 days.

Gift package sent USA, selected DHL as carrier.
Guidance from both Survey Monkey and DHL was clear, together with associated risks with restricted items. Delivery took 6 days instead of the 2-4 days indicated, howver this was the lead into christmas week.
